A few days before harvest, a lower bud on SD2 called to me so I snipped it off and hung it up, even though it was a few days before harvest. Still a bit moist and green but I ventured a taste this morning and it is delicious and thick smoke. It tastes like Bubba Kush and hash and a light fruit woohoo! It isn't even done drying, much less curing. That richness leaves a thick mouthfeel that leaves me smacking my lips. I never tried the Bubbashine, but SD2 must be giving me a taste. Very different from either LC or DB.
This morning when I was checking on the drying SD1 & SD2, they smelled different from each other. Looking forward to trying 1, 3 & 4.

Sorry, I didn't realize. Things will definitely slow down for a bit between the Sunshine Daydreams and the Black Triangles. Then I am thinking of maybe either Superstitious or Lotus Larry.

More Bodhi, that's the solution :D I'm a sucker for a good picture, and I very much enjoy your style of photography. Really changes how you can view someone else's grow online.

Agreed, great photos as always. Been killing it with the Lucky Charms and the SSDD. ITs always nice when the girls are so photogenic as well.

Sunshine Daydream 2 nugs... I tried a few different approaches to the "nug shot" with SD2.
Notice the extremely hollow stems of SD2, the frostiest. So sticky it was almost a pain to trim since nothing fell away from scissors or buds but stuck supernaturally.

My timing is a little off in the 16 square feet. I had planned on at least one more Dream Beaver clone in flower at this point, and a having a few of my favorite Sunshine Daydream clones ready to go into flower as well.
I have been getting comfortable with taking clones from flowering plants and having no problem getting them to vegetate easily, so I have been pushing how far into flower i am willing to clone. The Sunshine Daydreams, however, all four of them, have stubbornly refused to make anything other than one-bladed and frosty leaves. They rooted very quickly and have remained totally healthy and are grown into healthy little bushes. Only with the most recent set of leaves have begun to truly be in vegetative mode, with three-fingered leaves and a fully vegetative appearance. Each will be ready to make more clones in a week or so, but that is later than I had expected. Meanwhile, the Dream Beaver 4 clone that was taken much further into flower reverted to veg easily and is putting out 5-fingered leaves. The lesson I have learned here appears to be that some strains respond to late cloning/revegetation differently than others. In this case it seems like it has to come from the mother's side.

So there is extra space in there for a little bit. It won't last long, trust me.

The Black Triangles are ready to transplant into 1 gallon containers. One of the seedlings looks like it is struggling just a bit, but is growing.

Two clones at 17 days of flower.
On the left is Lucky Charms on the right is Dream Beaver 1

I like my SD3. There is an excellent chance I won't ever take her out again, but she is a fascinating date. Her buds look different from different angles in a way that I haven't been able to capture with camera. Some buds look fairly "normal" while others are complete chaos. She hasn't given me any reason to put an end to her eruption of foxtails yet. No amber trichomes that I can see. Her very open bud structure and apparent health combined with excellent airflow and lots of space around her keep me from worrying about unpleasant happenings deep inside somewhere. And she is still producing more resin. I really look forward to pinching off one of those foxtails and packing it into a bowl... when it is ready.

Sunshine Daydream (#3) flower day 69 (could be the last one, I don't know)
