Paddi I found my way here, sorry for my delay. I love the way you started the thread bringing life back to this. Only a grower would understand the importance and all the feelings in this image, very nice intro. I'm here for the summer, good luck, DD

Welcome Doobie, good to see you :):)

I gotta get those small ones out in the free - started yesterday

This year I´ll make 14-16 small groups of different strains/crosses.
Every group will contain 3-5 small plants, so hopefully I'll end up with about 30 females placed in 14-16 groups :) (males will be thrown away )

Hello Paddi

Nice to see that the sun is shinning over there, and to see you at work with them ladies :dance013:

Have you ever considered to use raised beds? I'm no expert, just an observer, but I think that permaculture would bring in great benefits for you, and anyone else, in similar conditions.

Here's a vid (part 1 of 3) that will give you more detail about the technique: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugFd1JdFaE0

Happy growing! :blowbubbles:

full steam ahead Paddi ....good to see them in the ground ;)

Im a good 20 years younger than you and last week i done a 12hr shift down the site as i thought i was a little behind with my plans and completely knackered my back in the process, so im a invalid till i can actually carry things to the site on my own without worrying about my back giving in .

are you testing for esben?

The short answer is YES

My backyard is full now.
15 strains/crosses/hybrids. 14 from Hybrids From Hell.
One is my own cross. The very last four plants from this tasty potent cross....Royal Dane / Heaven/ErdPurT (backcross).

All placed in groups. Most of them containing 3-4 plants. One 2-plant group and one 5-plant group.

The new thing this year: MORE SPACE.
Every group have 1,25 - 2 m2. Thats double what i normal do!
