I have a deep spiritual connection with your orchard. It makes me reflect on my childhood with such lovely memories of visiting a small farm by my home in New Jersey where we would pick apples and feed the ducks and chickens. There was a beautiful pond there as well. In the fall all the leaves would turn beautiful colors of orange red and yellow.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful farm with us.

My medicine stays in california, so its cool to share my journey with people all over the world through this forum. It looks like next year I'll be on my own large acrage with a couple springs and a pond; Can't wait to get my geese and ducks out there. I'd love to have an orchard like the one you grew up with. Currently my orchard grows only in the summer :)

California is one of the most beautiful places in the world. I lived there for a while. Does California have strict regulations on how marijuana is grown like Washington State has?
In Washington state the new legalization has made it quite stressful for 520 licenced growers to meet the standards in place . Like the herb has to pass quality control measures and if it fails it cant be sold in the pot stores. Its my understanding that 50% of the "legal weed" grown by the "legal growers" cant even pass the moisture level test.
Im already getting excited for your grow next year with all that water with all the reflections. its weird to think your leaving this space.
Good Luck I hope everything goes smoothly for you .

I'm kind of like that blue guy from "the watchmen," I can occupy more than one space at a time.

Its cool how some guys can run multiple large outdoor grows at once. Must be tricky sometimes though with different partners and employees in different areas. I want to get another spot but havent seen anything convenient yet

what state do you want to work in? I hope the drive doesn't involve traffic jams like the ones in Seattle. The traffic here is a fuckin nightmare. and the public transportation system is a joke.

Ca is in a real gray area untill new legislation and regulation is enacted. Smart growers stay under 99 for sure. Courts have upheld the right of local cities and counties to pass their own guidelines. If you check CA NORML's web site, you will see a "local Guidelines" tab. If you ever plan on moving here, Id check to see what counties meet your needs.

This being said, the CA supreme court ruled in CA V Lake, that it is unconstitutional to place restrictions on a doctors recomendation for patients growing and consumption. Please chime in if i have this incorrect.

Oregon is in the same position, but having heard from law enforcment in the area, they are waiting for legislation to pass through before they go one way or the other. Oregon is a pretty cool state in my opinion.

from Wa to Or down to Ca... its a big mess.
the way i see it...
WA is legal but will reverse its decision in the future and become illegal again
Or is bullying CA with its water Reserves
Ca has the optimal climate but no water to sustain
so yeah i guess OR wins. lol.
have a killer weekend EPIC!
PEACE DAT

low of 40, high of 65. But were getting hammered again by pea sized hail. Almost ten minutes. Then it was followed by a terential down pour and 20 mph winds. Im gonna get harvesting before next weeks wether cycle. Wish me luck!!!

Good luck man! I have a few days of dry weather here and I should get most everything down. It's crazy how hard you work this time of year and at the same time are thinking how to go bigger and better next year.

Just me and the mountain right now. The colas are so big the tops have all laid down flat on the highest layer of netting. Ive got a big storm coming in on saturday and I'm not sure how I'm possibly going to get it all down in time. Great challenges make great men, so I guess it's time to prove my salt.

Good news is the first 3 plants look like theyre gonna average close to 10lbs each. The plants seemed to only produce large tops; which I attribute to the heavy supercropping and hollowing out. Most every branch ends with one of these monsters. Should start getting into the bigger plants tomorrow. Thanks for following me on this insane journey, I truly appreciate all the support.
