times are changing DAT and we will have our day. in our area there has been some women business conventions for cannabis. we've been patient and that will be rewarded. we just need to be supportive of each other.
edit, also I think you may be pleasantly surprised on how many men here are supportive and will tell you though through PM, etc. I was very surprised. it's unfortunate though to see these posts but it's not the entire community. I think the boys are just trying to have fun but they don't realize how it is in our shoes. love your art DAT.

I have 2 older sisters so i have some insight on what its like to be female and i definitely support women in this industry however i can. Which usually means trim work. Not that trim work is bad, but i wish more women would make it to the top level of production. It's a difficult, dangerous game though, which i barely survived to make it to the point where i can speak on it. For now, a female is lucky to carve out a stable/secure position as a trimmer or dispensary budtender, or perhaps a driver or a small-time / part-time broker.
Legalization and regulation will eventually bring a greater degree of safety to the industry. Legal protection will definitely help females establish themselves in the upper echelons of the weed industry, whatever that may entail, without the present danger of a criminal/shady element which inevitably accompanies any black/gray market. Currently i don't think many large operations ( I can only speak on california here) are run by a woman, or women, working by themselves.
I personally know a couple awesome chicks who run medium-size grows (50-100lb/year) alone, but they are the minority in an industry full of male growers. Like i said i can only speak on what i have seen here in California, maybe some of the legal states like CO and WA are seeing some serious female ganja farmers move in.
we had 2 ancient OG's both from seed, popped 7 seeds in april, got 2 females and 5 males.
thanks man. i'm always broke though, the money is gone as soon as it comes in. im trying to buy my property before next season starts.. Already setting up a little indoors to pay the rentthough, cuz i'm a worst-case type motherfucker. Problem is I don't know whether i should wait 2 weeks for my Ancient OG clones to be ready, or just go buy some OG clones that are rooted and ready to rock.

Schrews, well said with great observations. The community as a whole I think believes this way. I looked around before signing up and there were threads on other forums with women saying icmag was the most supportive community, with the exception of a few people (not epicorchard as I kinda thought that was what he was saying anyways and personally I don't mind that type of comments cause I got small titties

hotties in bikinis is ok but can be serious drama when mixed with a bunch of guys alone for long periods of time on a mountain. which is why i'm stoked these ladies are lesbian. Pure eye candy and an occasional fisting joke.
Since we are talking BHO floating in bongs.......
I found the best way to keep the bong clean and make good edibles. Buy an ash catcher. It will hold all the spent oil which is really just decarboxolated oil. (a little funkier) Then I make BHO pills strait out of the tread on ICmag here. They pills are strong, you don't waste oil, and your bong is sparkling clean.
Another plus is with the ash catcher you can pull your nail for an easier bong load. Pulling through the nail has too much resistance when your clearing the bong for my taste.

nice! i always wondered if i could do something with all that reclaim. All my oil rigs are small/tiny though so idk about an ashcatcher
