i couldn't say its the best because i haven't tried every offering out there but yes RD does have legit OG kush in seed great place to start your hunt

Nice thread for to know more about the OG Kush seeds cuz I don't know a lot about them.

I don't know why nobody speak about the hybrid of TH seeds... Maybe she is not a nice example of a OG...

I never have tried or tasted a OG Kush but I have grown the MK-Ultra from TH seeds bank and it was very nice.

She was a really vigorous plant, grateful, easy to clone, easy to grow, with a really nice resined spicy pine/lemon odor in the buds and the taste was almost the same than the smelling with pine/lemon resined and strong taste.

I liked her a lot and she could be one of those nice necessary plants in my grow room.

so.. if it is true that you can get legit og from seeds, archive for example , do we need those elite cuts? when you can simply buy some packs from archive and you can get equally good plants as those famous cuts?

All those elite cuts came from somebody pop'n seeds.. this is just the next generation of elites to b had, in my opinion...just gotta seek em out.

hi acridlab, i get it.. but it´s not so easy i think, you can choose male and this male can change some traits of og a little bit, or you can choose totally wrong one and it can get quality of females used down... no?

of course wider selection is a must..

yeah im curious about thee thseeds og as well. my thing is i have access to a fair amount of elite og cuts. im looking for og kush domiate males for crosses and creating my own og kush seeds with the elites in my stable for situations like starting over when pressures from bugs or other unforseen disasters take your stock. theres the older companies that are typically regarded as doing work to stabilize. thereby creating a stable foundation breeding is the hope ad narrowing the number of phenos and also getting closer to the true og expression we are all looking for. karma has been doing alot of this and to my knowledge i dont know of anyone else. his karmas og is supposed to be a pretty thoroughly worked seedline. while archive is defiately dropping fire they are not necessarily extensively back crossed. in the case of archive they are hybrids that are performing really well and would be an incredibly good choice for looking for a clone keeper. hes also got a faceoff bx2 so that would definately be a solid step in that direction and reports online look good for that cross. if i was going to base my choice on grow journals ive read id go with karma and archive for og kush. both are readily available and are getting rave reviews. im running a bunch of both of those breeders gear right now.i have a few dozen faceoff bx2s in veg as well as a pack each of the racefuel and valley. of karmas gear i have the biker v2.0 and the karmas og in testing 65 and 80 respectively. ill know something in a couple months.

The OG clones are common to my locale, and it's true that the yields tend to be on the lower end due to the stretchier disposition. For this reason I've searched out a number of the so called OG seed offerings in the hopes of retaining the flavor while improving yield. I have yet to find anything even remotely close to the true expression. Not saying they can't be found, I just personally have never replicated the real deal from any of my seed purchases and I've tried about a half dozen so called OG X's. Good luck on the quest. PM me if ever in the Valley. Always down for some prop 215 trades..

That's why u should seek out s1's, if possible.. still get tons of variance,but ul have better luck finding something close to the clone only used...
Or New offerings like , archives, who uses a male that came from selected back crossing,, and then he hits bad ass clone onlys.. that the type of shit that comes out close... I've never had any luck with og. Crosses, either.. except og x diesel, which came out awesome.. but they are so closely related,, it may as well been a back cross..
