Alright brotha,

Just don't want u having anything extra tying u to the location. I wouldn't put the trail cams out there or have a cam with pics of the plants on it, those are nails in the coffin to me. But it sounds like u got a cover story and a action plan.

And here lies the truth be glad it found you at such an early age.

PHEW -
I actually found an alternate exit route (3 in all now) and a secret road that heads down to the tracks on the opposite end, which I'll park in when I harvest I think.
It's amazing how much you find on foot when you put the time in. I'd say finding a golden spot is 90% exploring on foot and 10% research.
I've learned that this year.

stay paranoid there is no shame in being ultra sensitive about your surroundings in fact celebrate it!! The other side is complacency .

Plants look great good luck to you brother.

yup next year.. go hard or dont do it at all lol. thats my motto for next year.. got an ATV purchased.. and starting to fill up the storage unit.. with cheap soil bought during winter months.. since i can get foxfarms ocean forest and happy frog for 10-14 a bag in winter months.. im going to fill this storage unit with soil. both foxfarms and happy frog.. and bales of promix hp. or bx.

got the strains picked out.. so.. now i just gotta find a few more spots with the ATV. and ill be allset..

I can confirm that has happened to me. that's why I decided to go with chem ferts, so the little bastards wouldn't dig my plants up. At least gorilla style where u cant protect them more from critters.

With the atv stuff. Yeah its cool and all, but u are always going to be planting off a trail that people go down. I always thought it was better having no trail, where a partner would drop u off. That way no trail, and no bike or atv stashed somewhere, someone might see when ur out there. But the crutch here is u got to have a partner, and I know some people don't.

Your parked car is out of place to people familiar with that area. In an ideal world you could be dropped off at night, chop, and haul it near the pickup sight. Then go back yourself the next night, load and go. anything less and you are too exposed.

I'm happy to read that your plants are safe at the moment. However...

FOR EVERYBODY'S THAT READS THIS THREAD...
Be very aware that cops WILL stake out small pot patches with various pieces of survailance equipment.

I know because my brothers plants (6 in total) were watched for 2 months by some very bored very ignorant young cops. (Stupid as well because they never saw the biggest plant that they walked within 20 feet of to get to their plot under survailance).

ANY BUST IS BETTER THAN NO BUST according to these guys. Even if the case is thrown out as medically legit the cops still take credit for the bust.

Anyway, the lil piggies in question didn't make the bust, even with enough evidence to do so, until a plant was harvested.

All would have been just fine had his partner not been driving a tank of water through a field that was being plowed & being spotted by the tractor operator.

Luckily my bro got off with simple trespassing charges after he was forced to get his red card.

The two month investigation really crippled the local task force as they spent a lot of money on the investigation.

Remember country cops r bored..... city cops r busy..... dont have a city cop attitude with these country cops... they have the time and the will to catch anyone doing anything they dont like... makes them feel ike they r doing something... you know job satisfaction....

Herb turned out great. Great story man, my heart started beating pretty good there. Good job on staying cool and thinking, and making good decisions. Half the battle is acting like ur joe blow on a nature hike and u have no reason to be nervous cause u aren't doing anything wrong. Although I think I woulda stashed that bag earlier when I first heard the sirens. lol

Congrrats on a well deserved Harvey.. Next year don't go to big, it becomes easier to find. Don't put all those eggs in the same basket too.
Have a good evening, there should be a lot of stress off u now. And no those trash bags do nothing for the smell, if u were to get pulled over there is no chance of hiding it.

thanks T.M. for completing the thread. I like a happy ending.

don't go big in this spot, it sounds like it's too busy, with street traffic, cops, railroad dicks, and homeowners backyards. I wouldn't grow there unless i was the homeowner.

T M I had the sweats on once , my neighbour went missing (dementia) , the cops spoke to his daughter & they came here to search his home . No sign of him here so they started to ask the G F if/when she had last seen him . police was sat on the patio 3ft from G House door , 8 or 10 plants in there & he never had a clue . Far too close for comfort .

I wanna thank everyone for all of the wise words, everything was taken into consideration and helped a lot. It's funny how things play out the way they do... sometimes everything can spell s-e-t u-p but nothing ever happens. It's just a part of the cat and mouse game I suppose..

Hey man,
Glad you got it figured out and did what you did!

We all need to be careful, and we all need to be wary, BUT,
Sometimes it's just spelled p-a-r-a-n-o-i-a......
