Where was the chopper from? Did it have markings? What were the occupants wearing. Armed? Did they identify themselves?
Why didn't he shoot them?

He didn't say if it had any markings on it. He heard it and didn't think anything of it then it was getting closer and closer until it was hovering over his property and dropped 3 what I'm assuming were men in all black with bulletproof vest. And yes they had assault rifles he said they walked around for about 2 minutes and left. He just sat and watched the whole thing happen from inside the house.

sure the timber co's kick down some funds...big difference between eradicating cartel grows on private timberlands, and terrorising locals in their own backyards

i feel bad for the patients of that grower aswell as the grower. from what i read i am assuming mabye that high cbd content bud was helping people...what if that grower was trully trying to help someone with a special ...now mabye the grower lost that specific cbd strain. with seed or cutting etc. thats realy messed up if what she was doing was perfectly legal. i smell a big lawsuit if anyone could find out someproof on who did it.

Unless you are registered with your county and growing 6 or less mature plants or 12 or less immature plants, your grow is illegal in California.

Great share OldChuck.
I guess when growing on private land that's the risk that you have to take. But those rentacops were full of shit. That grow was clean of chemical. It looks like the growers just left in a hurry, shit was all staged.

That is not true...

11362.77. (a) A qualified patient or primary caregiver may
possess no more than eight ounces of dried marijuana per qualified
patient. In addition, a qualified patient or primary caregiver may
also maintain no more than six mature or 12 immature marijuana plants per qualified patient.
(b) If a qualified patient or primary caregiver has a doctor's
recommendation that this quantity does not meet the qualified patient's medical needs, the qualified patient or primary caregiver may possess an amount of marijuana consistent with the patient's needs.
(c) Counties and cities may retain or enact medical marijuana
guidelines allowing qualified patients or primary caregivers to
exceed the state limits set forth in subdivision (a)

Shooting a human being is harder than you think, most people that have guns and are confronted by an intruder have the gun taken away from them by said intruder. I have not heard of any other mysterious intruder cases, have you?

While I do not support engaging in wanton violence like many in this thread suggest, your statement that most people get the gun taken away is absolutely false. Firearms are used legally millions of times each year to deter criminal attack, often with no charges filed or even a report of the incident. They are also misused quite a bit and there's no doubt that represents a real problem. Even cops, who have to get up close and personal with some pretty rough folks, only have their guns taken from them in a very small number of incidents. I think it's around 600 something times nationally each year. Out of millions of arrests that's pretty amazing.

Furthermore, there was a rape victimization survey done about a decade ago that looked at a whole bunch of colleges and found that rape victims that attempted to fight back were actually LESS likely to be killed, even when the attacker managed to overpower them. Those who fought back with weapons were NEVER killed, even when the weapon was taken from them. Not fighting back is no guarantee of safety, in fact it makes the attackers feel empowered and fighting makes it much harder to hide the crimes.

but some were for sure completely black. Feds or powers higher than that wouldn't care if they are legal or not.

nonsense.

an aircraft with no tail-tag will still be caught on radar, and if the air-force decides to check it out, and they do not have a tail-tag displayed, they will be commanded to land and an investigation will happen next. if they refuse to land, they will be shot down, period.

your info is all tin-foil hat internet speculation, none of it based on real and actual life experiences.

it does not matter if the choppers are "illuminati" or whatever other scape-goat bullshit you can come up with.

all federal aircraft have tail-tags and even Air Force One has them,

shit, I've even seen a SR-71 with the fucking tail-tags...

when will icmag stop tolerating all the couch-potato conspiracy bullshit? really...

(N.Morgan) There has been some disturbing activity in California, the pot growers are being invaded by men jumping from helicopters and chopping down their crops. The Feds are making desperate moves to keep their drug war going and the citizens are getting fed up. They dress in combat camouflage, some of them hide their faces. This summer, a group of men in Mendocino County loaded into helicopters and flew missions to eradicate marijuana. They’re not police officers. They work for a security company called Lear Asset Management. According to their promotional poster, the group works with law enforcement .That’s why Susan Schindler suspected the posse, when her medical marijuana garden was hit last month.

“They took hand saws and just cut the trunks,” Schindler said. Schindler said the armed men in camouflage dropped into her garden from an unmarked helicopter and refused to identify themselves. “There was no paperwork, no copies of any warrants they didn’t leave any inventory of what they took,” she said. She told KPIX 5 that she is following all the county regulations: 25 plants per parcel, the legal limit in Mendocino County. And she said the strain of cannabis she grows has no street value: It really is medicinal.

if the choppers were unmarked, and no paperwork was given, how did they know it was LEAR?

magically? LOL!

more nonsense, yet from another tin-foil wearer.

only through the tail tags could they get to LEAR.

and LEAR is a private industry, not the Feds...

if the Feds want your garden, they don't need to drop out of so-called "black" choppers; they will just walk up to you, serve you papers and your shit is gone and you can't do shit about it.

you tin-foil hatters with zero real life experience are seriously unaware of how the real world works... a pilot, who is a human being, will not risk his life to fly an unmarked chopper that he knows will get show-down if seen by the air-force, all over a dozen of cannabis plants... get real.

until the day we no longer have your good self pointing out the obvious flaws in some of them, lmao. dude, why do you care so much?

it is a strange situation by all accounts, so people are playing the guessing and speculating game, a lot of jokes have also been made, why get upset?

you really want me to censor people for mentioning the illuminati?

Rural NorCal has a mentality of "You are either for Me or against Me, no negotiation." Peoples' "People Skills" are based on bullying or non-existent in total. Hippies have gone the way of the Dodo. Unless one is "in" from a clique-ish perspective, it's all mercenary crap..
That is why NorCal Growers are so reactive, lack of social graces. I do not miss that uneducated aspect of societal behavior in da Em Tri.

Obviously you've never been dragged through this countries legal system.

I'd be willing to bet you don't really know shit about the legal system, how it operates & who is truely in charge.

& your ASSumptions only make an as of you. Especially seeing that you have no clue about the history of the 1 in 6,000,000,000+ people on this earth you choose to comment on.
