there are a bunch of new clinics in the toronto area. I've seen anywhere from 100$ up to 500$ 'consultants'/'advocates' that basically get you to pay them to tell you where a 100$ clinic is and keep the change (I'm not a big fan of exploiting the sick, and this is exactly what has been happening). you can google "marijuana clinic toronto" for a couple options. I assume medman will be speaking to one of those bigger ones. liftmj website also has a bunch of doctors listed.

What I would suggest, is goto your family doctor, or whatever, explain your issues, and that you have been using cannabis to treat it. ask him to sign. if he wont, ask him for his suggestion. get a script. go back when/if the script doesnt work. ask him to sign. if he wont, ask for documentation of the situation. take that documentation to any MJ clinic out there, and 400$ later (sadly! but maybe its got better recently), you be good to go.

just hit up a walk-in, they are everywhere. family doctors are a pita to get these days, and most walk-ins are just new family doctors trying to get new patients for their practice. from what I've seen anyway..

yup, from a LP. and you never know, one day one of the LP's may produce something consumable, or better yet.. desirable? I wont hold my breath.

Honestly I probably wouldnt purchase from an LP, its more to have the script in case things ever go south and I need the back up in court. Might not help but I figure id for sure wont hurt.

last few people I know that got their documents, was from their regular doctor. They didn't want to pay the 'consultants' and surprisingly their doctors signed no problem once asked. Mind you they have serious/potentially terminal medical issues, and not a sprained ankle or something like that. So it seems some doctors are finally willing to sign where 3 years ago this wasn't the case. I do know a MS patient who is still suffering horribly, and would have been easily classed as a category 1 under the old MMAR, but none of his MS doctors will sign for him. Maybe one of these days the doctors will break away from their union or whatever medical cult they sign up with, and actually address peoples issues in a compassionate way. But.. maybe that's just wishful thinking.

Sucks for them but scammers keep scamming suckers until nobody wants to be a sucker anymore.
Considering it aint even a grow license now I wouldn't pay a dime for a simple script. lol
