i read that i scooped up gordon in my league before anyone else did. cant wait for tomorrow E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!!!
I thought the potential policy change was tied into the possibility of Gordon suing the nfl and requesting a restraining order which somehow would have allowed him to play, he decided not to pursue the lawsuit according to what I read though, and he will be selling cars in Cleveland for the 2014 season...Unless I totally missed something
I can gloat for the Seahawks, but really don't understand the game. I was given Superbowl tickets from a client last year and gave them to the lady that greets my customers. She had a blast. I try to watch the game, but it keeps stopping for commercials. Takes 3 hours to play a 1 hour game. Nothing like South American football or futbol. Anyway, I hope the season goes like last season because frankly it is really good for my business.
Deez, they are trying to change the penalties of PED's and recreational drugs so that things start to make sense. So guys who smoke weed/take molly get in way less trouble than a guy who cheats and uses PED's. If things go Gordon's way he might be able to suit up as soon as next week.

parlays are how the books make ends meet...gotta just play the best game of the week and keep rolling all winnings back into it every week...much more rewarding than risky ass parlays...I lost a buck on a parlay and put the bulk on my niners to cover.

Watched some World Cup this summer, a lot of those games were very entertaining. The clock running all the time and stoppage time is a little hard to get used to but it does make the game go faster and keeps you glued to the TV.
With all the commercials I like to dvr the first 45 minutes of a game and then play catchup, so i can fast forward through all that.
I think the bears ruined a lot of parlays today. Bills looked good, or maybe the Bears are just bad...
Fantasy wise, started Cam Newton on one of my teams, and it wouldnt let me swap a late game QB in (tried to pick up McCown, said the waiver would happen on Wednesday, derp...). I might lose by enough where cam might not have mattered, so maybe i won't kick myself as hard?
Also had Clowney on another team, he's out half the year with a torn meniscus.
Niners defense looked plenty good enough against Dallas. Romo having a Bad Romo game certainly helped. But they have young guys making plays, Patrick willis as the veteran in the middle, maybe they'll be ok.

The Colts blew it. They had them. There were a couple fortunate things that helpred.

It was 24-7 Broncos in the first half and 21-7 Colts in the second half. It could easily have been 31-7 Colts in the second half.
Even in losing a message was delivered. The Colts are as good as anybody.
That was painful in the end. Very painful.

My FF team is in a cliffhanger. I am down 82 to 62 and they have Allen WR Chargers. I have Stafford and Johnson Lions tomorrow night.
I like my odds of victory but you never know.
