Can you send some dudded material in for testing?
Trash it ASAP. Finished flowers won't even make decent concentrates let alone decent buds. There is a risk of it spreading.

Trash all of it. All sour dub cuts you took, anything else from whoever you sourced the dub, and anything that touched any dub cuts.
No strain is worth trying to save until we know exactly how to do it.

is this contagious like ebola? or like the flu? you have got me fairly negged out right now.
Yeah it's contagious. We're not 100% of how it spreads but either via runoff or plants touching + water (from splashing or just moisture of overlapping leaves.)
Sorry to make it sound so horrible, but after what I've dealt with and lost over the past few months.... I wish I had broad mites. Broad mites are now easy to deal with relative to these nematodes.
It's good you caught it early, you've got a chance to rid yourself of them.
If I were you I'd even cut down any plants adjacent to the one you have in flower, even if they look good.
^^^^ all assuming that the nematodes are in fact what is causing your dub to dud. 4 confirmations now of nematodes inside of duds.
Don't trade any clones with anyone for awhile until you're 100% sure you don't have the nematodes anymore.
If you have access to a microscope it'd be cool if you could confirm your dud is caused by nematodes.

Huge that's the strange part of it, it has never spread to any of my other plants, I really don't think we are dealing with the same thing as others here, be safe and presume I am wrong but that's my experience .

Anyone know the best piece of plant to examine? Branch junction,roots, crown, stem fibers?
You're assuming it's nematodes, but the Sour Dubb dudds seem to be a different kind of problem. As others have stated, you can have one dud in the room , and the other plants are unaffected. It seems to be more of a genetic thing, but it remains a mystery, which is why we need to figure it out by sending samples in.

Give them a call and explain the situation and what they recommend as far as sending it.
You can see nematodes with a microscope. Phytoplasmas require an electron microscope, I believe.
The only way we're going to get to the bottom of this is for people with duds to send in samples.
