Oil to fight cancer

Father has renal cell carcinoma and had a radial nephrectomy two years ago. Mets but have still spread so the clock is ticking. I need any information on cannabis oil for RCC specifically, if there's anything out there. I am researching myself but hope you guys can share your knowledge.

Dad just got MMPR and I get him meds for nausea and pain, but we're wanting to know who has the best oil or what the best preparation methods and dosing protocols are. We are desperate and love each other very much. He treats my mother so well and is so young, not even 50. I sincerely hope someone out there can help. The last two years have been bittersweet.

I wish my mom had tried the phoenix tears oil. Lots of people out there selling "phoenix tears" that is little more than snake oil salesman preying on the desperate nature of terminally ill people. I dont mean to paint all with the same brush as I know there are people out there genuinely wanting to help.

A family friend with cancer went seeking the oil from a local dispensary and was assured its the real deal bla bla bla. I told him that it is seriously potent shit and will literally knock you down till you build up a tolerance (not a regular user). The first place that was "helping" him was giving him oil that wasnt even getting him high eating a gram at a time right from the start.

All of a sudden, the place he was getting it from shut down and he was forced to find it elsewhere. Now all of a sudden, he is being incapacitated by the oil. I told him that he finally is on the right track. I just couldnt trust someone else to have my best interest in mind when profits are involved. I would have to make it myself just for the peace of mind.

IF cost isn't an issue, since you have a license.... Order from any licenced producer and make your own.

Bedrocan seems to be fairly solid.... I know their High CBD, Low THC variety is being made into RSO for treating epilepsy.

A friend with a high tolerance was using MedPotNow's pheonix tears recreationally... 1/10 of a CC was was giving him some decent effects. He said 1 full CC would probably green him out....30 bucks a syringe..

Me...I would find a grower I could trust and just buy a lb and make it myself...with LB's going for so cheap in BC it would be cheaper than buying at 30bucks a ML. Everclear is in Alberta (some growshops sell it "under the table") also...

Hey Blast, I thought Bedrocan was ok so I signed up, it took 1 month from the time they got my script until they would let me order.
Placed a first order to see what they had and if any would work for me, for my needs only one of their strains had any effect for me. So I called them back to place a larger order of what I needed, they told me they are sold out, so i asked well what do you have? they said at the moment only 1 strain, the only one that happens to be worst for me in terms of med use. When I asked them when it will be in stock, the reply was, well we do not know right now and due to the "bureaucracy" he does not want to answer when, then after I told them that the strain they have does not work for me, he suggested I give it a try again, SMH.

Ultimately he added me to some waiting list of signed up clients that they will "Call" when they have a new batch.

This is how the dealers in highschool used to act trying to string people along and sell them whatever.

I called around it seems most places have a waiting list to sign up and then another waiting list for meds once you are locked in has a client. I am sure in like 3 or 4 years some of the MMPR companies will work out the "Kinks" but in the meantime people will suffer and some will die due to the inconsistency of this program. Unless the courts change the rules and allow people to grow to guarantee access and they also need to allow DG/Caregivers who can grow for some groups of people.

Or Justin can just legalize it already for anyone over 18.

I was suggesting Bedrocan as they have a High CBD Low THC variety that is being purchased and used. Some of this might come in handy to help temper the "high" and enable the "patient" to ramp up their intake of high THC RSO...

Seems most of the producers are having supply problems.

Go to a dispensary..plenty in Van....

Do the zigzag test on the RSO at time of purchase...

I also smell the paper as I not everyone purges as well as others....and you can smell the alcohol if the extractor didn't do his/her job right.

I would add that if your smear is not shiny and reflects light, that would indicate a compromised product...been a honey oil fan for 30 years...much easier to find it these days...but I still make my own...along with coco-caps and hornets....hth

Waiting for Tilray, bu will probably but bud and try finding someone to make oil as I've never done so.

High CBD is still the recommended protocol which is in alignment with all the literature I've read. Will go this route and also try finding oils already produced.

Anyone have any personal or third party anecdotes, recommendations, etc? Literally sifting through everything I can but it's easy to become flustered and lost. Mets in stomach and GI down but migrated to neck. Testing tomorrow. Hopefully it's a benchmark and we'll see a reduction once I can get him on a course. Sunitinib is not cutting it.

Just keep in mind that RSO is high THC and not just high CBD oil. He is very adamant about the high THC.

Can you speak more on this personally or from what your accounts were from that friend? Normally web searches like this land you on cookoo nutbar websites with stupid herbal remedies that are so far from reality that you kill brain cells reading their diatribe.

At this point I'm open to anything. Testing done, just waiting to hear from my mom. She's down and not always keeping me in the loop. I feel more concerned about them as I can't imagine what it's like to have your spouse falling to an illness like this. There really isn't much for this type of cancer, and cancers in general have so little viable and successful treatments. I'm really hoping cannabis can help out.

His quality of life is much higher having the meds I can find for him. My mom used to be dead set against marijuana and thought there was little to no therapeutic value, but she's warmed up as I use it for migraines and she's a tenured nurse seeing more and more people using it (doctors with illnesses, other nurses, lawyers, old grannies, everyone). Thanks so much for letting me vent and for the feedback, guys. Even though it's just a few responses, I feel I have no where else to release and it helps even if no one's reading. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. I hope I can bump this thread with positive news in the future. Appreciate any more good vibes however far away you may be!
