sucks ass. sucks dick.
We'll all have to take your word on that one 'cus it is apparent yer the only one talking about such practices in this thread.
sucks ass. sucks dick.
Jhhnn just claimed that.
We do for med patients & caregivers. Anonymous personal growing has been legal only since passage of A64. Jan 1, 2013. It doesn't matter anyway, given that CA growers aren't monitored at all. It's just part of what's become a total scam, by your own admission. The difference is California has a system of registration for residential growers. Colorado does not.
We're all well aware that you only see & hear what you want.In Colorado? Not from what I hear/see. It's all oils and extracts made from mid-grade in Colorado.
You're probably smokin' Labrador.I wouldn't smoke it. I hear it's all garbage from people I know in Colorado.
In your dreams, maybe, or in a story from a guy who knew you'd swallow it. If your supposed Colorado friends talk shit the way you do, they'd have trouble scoring an eighth in Civic Center Park.It does when they actually purchased pounds of it from them under the table.gl

bullshit.

and they don't care.

I'm not in Colorado, & the weed I have gotten from there was just as good as the weed from California.

I wouldn't offer you any. not a problem.

"our MMJ system is "leaky" and the one in California even more so." not everyones pot is going to pass muster with the medical dispensaries, esp if there is a glut of the same variety being harvested at the same time. those folks are NOT going to shrug their shoulders & go "well, fuck it. i'll chuck it in the river & start over..." not even the police expect THAT to happen. good weed will always be in demand SOMEPLACE. you might get an even better price if you sell in an unfriendly place than you would back home. comes back to "taking chances" again. what I like is the fact that, if a LOT of people are growing their 6 plants, everyones house will smell a bit like pot & LEO will probably have trouble zeroing in on the one guy going "large"... legality even helps the remaining "criminals"...
Time for some trolls to eat crow
I found this on a stockholders site
If successful, the company could be operating one of the premier brands in cannabis while simultaneously growing a base of suppliers through its land management business - an attractive and diversified position in a rapidly growing industry.
This is their own words!!
Can this be denied as more of my personal opinion!

Agritek Holdings, Inc. (AGTK) provides innovative patient and agricultural solutions with the goal of becoming a leader in compassionate care technology for the medical marijuana industry. While it does not grow, harvest, or distribute cannabis,
Sure could be... but it is not now.
You sure that tastes like crow?

This is the key right here. With every passing day legalization is becoming more and more mainstream and the powers that be are already moving and shaking.
When the state you live in starts to gain some traction, we as voters need to make sure there is the right to grow our own plants without repercussion. It will be the difference between the death of the mom and pop grower and a truly thriving free market were everyone at every level of production is included.
I agree that things like this do indeed make strange alliances but sometimes that is needed to gain momentum and change the minds of everyone. We as citizens just have to be really careful because of all the love that corporations and shady ass politicians get in this country. We need to make sure we put the leash around their neck before they put it around ours.
I think this guy says it well!
The way I see it we have a moral obligation to the next Generation to get it right..... now!
Can we all agree on this?
shag
Most definitely....and...contrary to what some who think we sold out in CO seem to believe...I would like to go on record as saying this is not my view! what we have in place now is something many of us who have been growing for decades didn't think we'd see in our lifetimes.
I would like to state:
Hold on to what you have with a death grip, some would like to take it away for the sake of money like i posted below.
now it's up to more states to join in...with more liberal parameters than CO's...and then the "norm" will change across the nation. What sucks is that the folks here whining that none of it is good enough/CO's/WA's laws suck/etc...or that Cali is the, like, dood, place to be.... more than likely aren't doing ANY legwork to make any changes where they live, they just want change to magically happen or for everyone to toss out a welcome mat for their presence.
Now I am just askin about this....just so you know.

The card will permit them to purchase medical marijuana legally.
No home growing right??
You be the judge!

It doesn't say anything about home growing, that's true.
It depends on the definition of getting it right, in the context of all the ugly political realities.
Personally I don't like the Ginormous fees and big pile of forms that go with med patient reg. in some states.
But that pales in comparison to the travesty of incarcerating people for involvement with Cannabis.
I would accept a big pile of government bullshit in exchange for a stop in jailing people, and a release of users and growers that are in prison - along with wiping their record clean.
The US gov. and the corrections industry have built some big businesses on the backs of innocent cannabis people.
Unless they make it a federal offense, that would most likely deter most, from such activity.even if they keep growing at home illegal, having possession legal will keep you out of jail regardless of where you got your weed. I feel You will only be able to possess the weed sold to you like in Minn. currently. your average cop on the street will NOT have the needed
education and knowledge to do DNA testing of your bag & tell where it was grown or what type it is.You should speak to Jhhnn about this, to my knowledge they have a seed to sale tracking system in place in CO. now bar code and all. and THOSE are the fuckers you gotta get by to stay free... I don't see them going to any more trouble trying to catch home growers after legalization than they do before legalization myself.
I feel it is Much like alcohol, the revenuers will get ya....not the cops. there will always be a black market for seeds & clones no matter what the laws say unless they just say "fuck it, I give up..." JMHO
