I predict recreational weed will be legal in Vermont next year or the year after in some form or other by act of the legislature. It would be legal now if we had a referendum system.

Of course, we have cops who don't necessarily see it that way and people still get busted, usually indiscreet people caught in multiple bad behavior.

That sounds good to me. And can I say just hearing the word cellar and not basement, makes me more homesick than I could have thought. To only be 12 months away from a dirt floor, loose stonewalled cellar, with a "new" 1800s wood frame on top. Mmmmmm
