hey ODW,

sick guerrilla gorilla grow... are you using any kinds of sprays to fight pest/molds and mildews?

you can spray spinosad; for killing pests, as long as it's pure, all throughout flowering and it won't effect the smells or tastes... the same thing with potassium bicarbonate... which prevents mold/mildew. you only need to stop spraying once the buds are ripening and the chances of damage are low, and because you don't want to soak your buds with moisture at that stage of course.

I spray for molds/disease with:
Serinade
Liquid Copper Fungicide

I spray for bugs with:
Azamax
Safer Insecticidal Soap
Capt Jacks w/ Spinosad

are any of those safe to spray throughout flowering without effecting the smell/taste... if they contain any kind of soaps or oils they will taint the glandular trichome heads and will always be there... I know you don't (ideally, one wouldn't) want to spray asamax or that insecticidal soap once you in flowering...

what else is in captain jacks beside spinosad.. I'm not familiar with what is in serinade or the copper fungicide?

right on, that is what I like to hear from people... but there are a few products that are safe (that I mentioned, monterey garden spray which is pure spinosad and green cure which is just potassium bicarbonate and works by changing the PH of the leaf surface) as long as the potential for mold as a result of the moisture is low... i.e. before they ripen. you are all good.

my number one concern is always a healthy, safe and clean product... followed by the best taste, so I personally would never spray anything that even remotely compromise any of those priorities... and am fully confident in spraying those 3/4 through flowering.

Ebay bro......search for "green trellis netting" I had some that came on Saturday but......the fucktards sent the wrong trellis. I ordered 2- 6'x25' trellis's. I got 2- 6'x5' trellis's instead....bastards. We got hit with the same storm yesterday. I was out in the pouring rain staking up branches. My big glue got a crack in her main stalk. Gonna inspect for further damage today. Duct tape fixes everything though. Just a few days with tape on and then it's like a break never happened.

If you don't wanna wait for trellis's to come in the mail.......buy some of the white cloth ones at home depot/lowes and soak it in a cup with green food coloring over night......boom green trellis.

These plants are soooo big and stretching ALOT.
They have grown 2' in 3 days. The plants needed to be spread apart abit further.
The side branches are running into each other.
Im gonna need a 6' step ladder to check the tops.

Dug 50gln holes under each 45gln growbag with the bottoms cut out.
1 bag new FFOF soil to 2 bags used FFOF soil w/ 20% Chunky Perlite.

There stretching like crazy right now! Its scary! Huge bushes out here in the mist!
Within 2 weeks these things are gonna be rediculous. Their rubbing branches hard already.
Getting Horti-Trellis and green metel stakes, more Liquid Copper and Azamax on Thursday or Friday.
This Saturday Ill take pics. You wont believe how tall and bushy these got in a weeks time.
You really have to be there to appreciate the size of this Guerilla Grow.
Its almost not Guerilla no more. Its almost a HOLY SHIT thats a garden!

Do you think with the plants being way bigger than expected your yield might jump from 14-21 to say.... 24-32 1/2?

YEP!
Im thinking at this point 5# off of 9 plants and atleast 1# or 2# off of 4 plants and about 2# off the Blue Dream if it doesnt hermi bad.
Could jump to 50# real quick. :woohoo: OR.....we can end up with nothing.
We made a few mistakes this year, so next year will be fantastic, now that we know what to expect from this spot.
We'll use more soil and spread the plants apart further so they have more branch room, and we will have another great spot.
Looking to double next year what we do this year...if I cant get out West this winter.

My partner didnt fill the bags the way they were supposed to be filled so after it packed itself, we had some plants that only had 3/4s of the soil they could have gotten. Like a GrandoggyApe OG. Its in a 45gln bag but he only put in about 20glns of soil, so now its staying short and thick due to being rootbound. Plus it doesnt have the anchor it needs. That could have yielded 2x more than what were getting from it this year. We really needed more soil for these. Atleast 200glns minimum. The Glues' main stalk is fist thick. A sign of being rootbound and growing a fatter stalk rather than a taller plant. Im digging ALOT bigger holes next year and using the 200gln smarties.
I dont want to hinder the Glue since I know it hates being rootbound. This girl is a super producer in veg.
Im very concerned about Molds and Budrots of various kinds since the Glues' flowers are so dense.
All out in the open and shit.

If my partner did it exactly like I told him too, we could've reached 70#.... but not this year. Close! But no cigar!
I wish I knew exactly the size of the holes he dug and filled, before putting the growbags over them and t/p'ing the clones.
He says they were the size of the bags but I wonder. The bigger the hole the bigger the yield. I tried to explain that but he was super paranoid about using growbags that I think he slacked on filling those holes the way they needed to be filled in order to set those bags deeper and lower into the holes to hide the bags better. Hes not a MMJ Visionary yet and a newbie in the greenest sense of the word.
He didnt imagine all the growth would hide these bags in dark shade. LOL
Im glad hes willing to learn. So far we make a great team and watch each others backs well.

Im really excited about these genetics being grown outdoors for the flavor aspect of it. The sunshine produces the tastiest terpenes!
The Chemical Blue (holy shit will this taste great!) and the StrawberryDogshit I know are gonna be super tasty.

Looking forward to a bumper harvest of epic perportions!
Thats IF everything goes well with every plant of course. Still 2 months away from harvy. Alot can go wrong in the meantime.
It sucks that its gonna be cold and wet all season!!!!!
