Trellises are great. Another option I use on bushy/unruly/floppy plants is plain old cheap-ass white string that you can buy anywhere. Start at the bottom, lift branches, start wrapping string around plant and continue wrapping in a circle as you move up the plant, tying it off as you lift the branches, kind of like the way they wrap Xmas trees, but not as tightly. Works for me.....and brings buds closer to the light source.

It's all of those. The amount of THC is genetic, and the main variable is when you harvest. "Mostly cloudy" is highest THC, but different parts of plant mature differently, ie., they finish from bottom up or top down. I like to harvest at about 20% amber, which means all the clear trichomes have turned cloudy,and not too many of the cloudy trichomes have degraded.
Personal taste enters into it.

That's what I've been doing to my glues with this stuff! Also great for tying branches to the trellis. Comes with a built in cutter to cut off any length you want.

This damn plant is so beautiful. One day I hope I can be in the cool kids club and give this girl a run for her money. Tried messaging some of you from my other name. I totalled my truck and got a pretty bad concussion and forgot a lot of my log in for various sites. Regardless nothing but love for yall. It's passion that makes these things come to life, nothing else.

What about a special curing process that involves UV-C light and storing the flowers in a
Nitrogen gas environment? I think something could be done with technology to preserve
the flowers and eliminate mold and other biological contaminants.

I suppose the hash enthusiasts will claim their product is superior to dried flowers.

Anybody converted the Gorilla Glue #4 into hash yet? I don't recall seeing a post here.

I heard, back in the 70's, about putting bud in a cooler with dry ice (CO2) to improve quality.

They sell a similar product in Walgreens, with built in cutter. It's white cotton string though, and costs about a buck. It works!

this thing is a game changer. http://www.amazon.com/Zenport-ZL100...sr=1-2-fkmr0&keywords=grape+vine+trellis+tool it loops the tape around tying the stem to trellis staples it and cuts in one motion. this is a must if you need to do this type of work for more than an hour. itll cut your work time by hours if you doing a full day of tying.
i cried tears of joy the first time i used it. i had to support a full room of popsicled xmas trees with bamboo central stakes. i was dreading it. and someone showed me this. took no time at all. seconds per plant.

We nitrogen seal units all the time if they are going to be stored for any time longer than a week or two. It helps preserve the flower immensely!

quite accurate. when I dropped of my last cookies it was a week later and my results replaced the old cookies lab results. the pic used and test results stay posted the duration of the validity, and in order to relist it on the menu its got to be retested and whatever is on hand is what's used, or at least the best representation of what's on hand is sent in. this may differ from what a customer/patient actually receives as far as I know
correct me if im wrong, these are only observations. either way its neat to know your numbers, and also pest killers and solvents are nice to avoid if shopping
