Teenagers in the flower area

It's the 4th of July so happy Independence Day.

I've had a couple of invites to do stuff today but I decided I've got a lot of yard work and it is starting out to be a beautiful sunny day here in the PNW. So I'm going to stay at home and hang with Mildred today. I'll get a lot of work done too.

I transplanted the teenagers from 2 gallon pots to 5 gallon pots yesterday. They're in the flower area running under 18/6.

Because of the 5 photo limit per post I'll break up the individual shots into the next 2 posts.

Nice Pakalolo. Good group you got started there, I'm still lovin' the variegated too.

Some of my girls are really hitting their stride in flower now. Got some red phenos I was admiring tonight. The tallest plant is 48" on day 41 from sow, buds all over its a Devil Cream. Then my favorite is a Cream Caramel which is 46" and only just got past up by the Devil Cream. The Cream Caramel is heavily budded, I hope they grow big!
This is the first time that I've been able to see flowering mmj so each night out here is a real treat and nice break from the day.

These girls are starting to show some serious growth over this last week. I think the roots are well established now so energy is going into the above ground growth.

The coleus hybrid and the Cascadian Frost are shooting up but Goblin Girl and Mildred and stalling. Goblin Girl and Mildred are tucked back against the edge of the forest and right now they're not getting much direct sunlight. As the sun moves south they will start getting more direct sunlight. So they should catch up. Cascadian Frost grew about an inch a day this last week.

You can see that the cuttings are starting to perk up. All look like they will send out roots.

I was gone playing in a pool tournament for 5 days and I had my 80's grow friend water for me. I knew it was a possibility that he might over water them. They were and I had to transplant them into 4" pots when I got home. That was 9 days ago and even Mildred has come back to being okay.
