Meaning id pay the most for good dry sift, and prob not even buy the shatter or wax or oil. Due to methods used personally. Id still smoke it dont get me wrong... wouldnt buy any tho...

You can get 14-16 still on the island too if you do a good job and have something top shelf. Even from brokers. But it has to be a real quad (and to the guy wondering if they exist.... they do, I see them pretty regularly).

he said its virtualy impossible to get all the sulvents/ and or additives purged from extracts
he is a power nerd in the subject, not just with resin and canna
i wonder what the overall effect on bidy/brain this is having on our community
seen a ton of black eyed, depressed, psychotic, and zombie like dabbers over the past 2 years.
does anythink this could be sulvent mixture related?
i myself love dabs, but on occaission. not morning eve night

how sensitive was the iso test? If we tested it at a lab with more sensitive tests and equipment would they find iso?
Butane that is winterized in ethanol would be the first choice for me{butane making the best initial extraction, ethanol to get rid of waxes} which ever tech you use it comes down to thin films to purge the solvent the thinner the better{3mm or less thick}...
Just use the iso the way you do a quick wash with ethanol{94%} cold and frozen and quick contact with material.You could probably winterize in the iso i have never tryd it....Good luck...

Well, went to canadian tire and bought me bout 250 bucks of gear to satisfy my curiosity...lol. so i 99% qwisoed for calibrating test run 9 grams of buds from Exodus, Ingemar's and some neb. Got me 1.4 g of yellow when low heat THIN LAYER purging, and amber red when oïl slicked greasy at room temp product. Then i qwisoed 28 grams of nebula x somango n. 4 an 8.
Got 7 g of the same quality, bit more caramel -red goody.
I worked in my freezer and didn t cheap out on the Equipment. Now this fookin thing is both clear and physical in a weird almost ingineered balanced way...not natural feeling....
very potent. Shit is expanding and vanishes in thin air before touching the titanium dabking.
SO.....yeah...just took me 30 mins to write this....
testing is fun. followed skunkpharmlabs stories...

how hot? i seem to like 700-740 on the dnail...

ya, i have seen bubbleman use around 730. i dont have the d nail yet...but i torch my titanium till the red goes away so i am closer to vape.

My concern with this method, as vape mentionned earlier, is the residual from the iso. I fear it is hard to purge without using higher temps on the hotplate (i try to stay at 115 f ) without seeing it start to bubble and reduce and gain a more reddish color. (decarb and loss of terpenes must be significant).
It smells and looks great after this technique, but when i plane it in the parchement paper, folded in half and then re-open it to create new surface area, i get a little smell of iso coming of of it real quick...
So......i come to the obvious conclusion that i need a vacuum oven....

The mk111a{terp} is a great unit for the personal user and friends... There are more commercial units around but they go up in price very fast....

also, to complete your thought, i did leave my qwick extractions over night in ultra cold freezer (freezer boost function on those LG) and some unseen material that had passed double filtration did sediment tothe bottom and i stop pourring in my evap vessel just before the smuge...
ps: it did look totally clean in the mason jars right after extract and filter, the sediment appeared over night.
