Really, sure they aren't 12? Pretty sure I use the same pots and can fit an entire bag of coco into one. They were sold to me as 8 gallon squares

edit: the pots say 30 liters on the bottom but fit 50 liters of media no problem

Nice. That's what I shoot for 3+ oz per gal of medium. I'd take 14 off 1 five gal anytime.
I want to try gavitas. I've been researching them. Opinion?

I'd really like someone to tell me if the E-Paps with their different hood design really dispel the heat as advertised...

But the E-pap or Gavita is the best light on the market currently. No question about it.

I am surprised you got that much, just think if you hadent stuck those 30 bamboo stakes in there and ruined your root system you might have got a pound.

Didn't know I ever said it "ruined root systems". Said it can disrupt them, that's all (that 99.5% comment I made; ya, me proclaiming .05% of roots being ruined clearly eliminates the possibility of me thinking any plant will be healthy after such .05% catastrophe). Ever wonder why everyone talks shit about this thread? You made a good strain, but I along with the countless others to come here am now done here, I know you don't care (obviously). Just thought I'd point out the negative energy and elitism that permeates this thread consistently. Seems as if there's always criticism and hostility going on in here. Enjoy good weed and shitty company.

Mr. Tea...

How you can come from the ROLS crowd and the likes of those and EVER criticize an "attitude problem" - just blows my mind.

There has NEVER been a more rude, pompous and all around aggressive group of people on this site than the ones you uplift. That group of people is so angry and bitter they had to make a little private social group in which they could discuss, plot, and in an organized manner attack and belittle specific forum members in unison.

There is a REASON 99% of that crowd isn't here anymore...and ran off to make their own little forum.

You want to talk SHITTY company...puuuuuhhhhhhh - leeeeeeaaase.

I do ROLS and must concur that the preceding ROLS group was tainted by douchy attitudes, but this is not an accurate representation of all of us....

I love mine. I have both Gavita and E-PAP. I was using all Vertical and loved the results from that but after doing my research the COO was way better with DE bulbs. The bulbs only lose 8% after 1 year so we don't have to even think about changing the bulbs until 2 years and then we can boost to 1150w if needed. If you are interested get the remote ballast not the all in one. You can not change the hood on the all in one units. I put a Agrotech Magnum Double Ended Reflector with a sun wench on the Gavita. I do get better par values from the remote hood.

Don't you have both an E-pap and a Gavita?

Are you suggesting that regardless of which on you get - an after-market hood is best?

I think with the reflectors you have to know what it is your trying to accomplish. Some reflectors will throw more light straight down at the expense of side lighting.

The Gavita reflectors make it possible for me to get 12 feet of great coverage with two lights. I'm not sure that would be possible with some of the after market reflectors.

They will TC. I have only tested the one I use. Its 3x the size of the OEM reflector. I tested the OEM hood on both Gavita and E-pap. The E-PAP has better side lighting then gavita(confirmed with par meter)The PAR values are better with the aftermarket hood I got at any distance. Gavita and E-PAP don't recommend using any air cooled hood. Also the all in 1's use up valuable head space if u have short ceilings.

No like I said only tested the one I use. 1 remote can control 8 lights. Not sure it works on all at the same time probably not.
