IC OVO - have you ever checked out the thread where I am asking / describing what I came across one time as "Monkey Paw"... I've been hunting her since '06.

The ounce, filled roughly just over half...3/5? a basic canning jar; very tight, compact, dense nuggets...kinda like oversized popcornish...opened the jar and instantly smelt banana...strong, overwhelming banana overtones with a soft, light nutty undertone (almond/hazelnut) with the sharp, sting your nose smell of THC...not really green/fresh/earthy/dank smelling. The nuggets were heavily frosted (almost looked like it had been glazed lol) with not kidding...a yellowish hew to the crystals (didn't looked ambered over from a late harvest, looked like a clear yellow topaz)...beautiful. Very funny looking bud. Kinda a yellowish/golden/tanish to medium green leaf with plenty and I mean plenty of red hairs.

If anyone is in the Santa Cruz, SJ, SF area you will likely see lots of our Banana many places: Canna Cruz, CHAI, Elemental, Harborside, etc

That banana og is one of the best strains ive ever smoked.. I hadnt seen it for a while until a couple months ago then i saw a batch at CHAI in santa cruz. Used to get the stuff all the time at NNCC in reseda. Perfect blend of banana candy and earthy kush taste. What i would t do for a cut of that..

We had glue on the east coast in late 2012...and that was one of the earliest cuts let out... (at least to my knowledge)

How long were u being from rooted clone ?

between 4-5 weeks. usually they go 10-14 days in a cup, then to that pot for another 3 weeks roughly. but they were all 22" tall at flip(where my net was set) and finished at 44" nothing broke 45" . wish I had another net placed about a foot over the first one.

ic ovo - does it smell like banana-ey car wax? big grainy trichs that feel like grains of sand between your fingers? I used to rock a cut i recieved as "chem d" from progressive options, i ran it for a while even though it wasn't chem d, it was banana carnuba wax all the way, this was about 09-10...i recently just talked to the dude that was vending to po at the time and he said one of the guys he was working with mixed up a tray of chem d and believe he said it was from orgnkid(could be mistaken...i was dabbin hard lol)

not totally sure on the og/kush part as it was labled chem d when i first got it, and I'm not 100% on what dude told me other than it was banana something that had been mixed up. it sounds like we probably had the same cut, I don't think those terps are all too common and it sounds like we're close enough geographically that it would make sense.
