I met locals who've been busted. Some of them went to prison and some of them had to cut down most of their plants and were still allowed to keep some. It's a complicated subject because every area is a little different and every cop is different as well with how they handle situations like this. I'll most likely be looking at a few years if shit hits the fan. I doubt Snypette would do any time at all because they'd probably want me. Time will tell what happens.

One of the employees is driving for 3 hours back and forth to pick up some more Bone Meal because everyone is still sold out. I don't get it. Snypette and the other employee are up potting the LightDep plants. The roots didn't look too root bound so maybe we'll be ok. We ran out of pots so I sent out someone to get more 3 gallon pots and they came back with 1.5 Gallon pots and tried to tell me they were 3 gallons. This is why I like to go to the store myself because most people don't know how to figure anything out. So more time and money just being wasted as usual. Then I sent out someone to get freezer zip locks for some product and they come back with the wrong ones again. I don't understand why no one can follow directions. Then every one gets mad when I'm extremely specific. I'm specific for a reason. Oh well, I'm not going to let it get me down.

It's not even their fault because the powers made them this way. It's how 97% of americans are. I tell everyone around me that everyone is an idiot so please try and figure things out when you're on the move in a common sense way. Almost everything in life is common sense. The stars must of been aligned a specific way when I was born. Aries sun signs like myself are usually born leaders.

I don't believe in firing people anymore. Life is a learning experience until the end. I have to learn to work with all these personalities and make it happen. We're all brothers and sisters sharing the planet together. There's been lots of problems here with these people but I'm putting more focus into making it work instead of thinking negatively like I have in the past. Their hearts are in the right place and that's all that matters and they try really hard to do the right thing. We all have animal instincts imbedded in us and we have to learn to be more human and compassionate. I'm not paying anyone dollars an hour and as far as the outdoor goes, we all will make an even percentage even though me and Snypette are doing most of the work. One of the employees is the most selfless person that i've ever met in my life. He'll do anything for you and I'm learning a lot from him. I get emotional just thinking about him. He fucks up almost everything that he does but he tries so hard and that's all that matters. Snypette's a champ though and really good at getting things done. You should have seen her cutting down huge trees and lugging the wood.

I'm with Ya Snype this sounds like My life to a T. I have a well thought out reason for being specific about things for the same reason, I think if I am specific then no room for mistakes. I am told I am Anal all the time, but if I want something specific, and don't specify then I get what I get, butt,,,, You know where this is going.

I am Pieces(Mar 18) Not technically on the cusp, but I am a VERY conflicted Soul because I have the Type A take charge attitude, at the same time the compassionate empathetic side of Me makes Me aware of just how harsh I can be.
Just reading Your last post made Me smile, and cry a little to. I've never been formally diagnosed as Bipolar, but I get manic as hell at times(most times) but not having the resources to do the shit I dream of just wrecks Me some days.

It a CRAZY FUCKING ride living with a Guy like Me. My Wife of 27yrs is an Aries, and that makes shit explosive round here. At the end of the day though We want the same things We never had Kids, and have both spent Our money and time doing what made us happy as Individuals, and as a Couple.

I love that You are an OPEN BOOK Snype. I make friends real fast because I'm so open,,, but it also offends weak minded motherfuckers REAL QUICK. I say good I don't have time for PHONIES, Fakes, or Fronts. FUCKEM ALL.

The reason these mistakes are happening IMO is because you are making the incorrect assumption that your employees are on your level when it comes to this growing game. I used to do the same thing. When explaining things to people i used to omit what I thought were obvious details, because in my mind it was so obvious it didn't even need mentioning. This is generally wrong. Most people are f****** retarded, until they prove otherwise i wouldn't give them too much credit if i were you.

Until people have woken up and truly taken responsibility for their lives, basic mistakes like this will continue to happen. Why? Because they don't really give a fk about the results that much, and as such will be quick to try and shift responsibility for their mistakes. It's human nature. This is why good employees are extremely hard to come by. A large proportion of the competent civilians will want to do their own thing in life. What your left with is an employee cesspool of laziness & incompetence mostly. Loyal trustworthy employees are a necessity, but they have to be competent at the same time. If they're not and you keep them around then you can't really blame anyone but yourself as it's your fault not theirs. Compassion is also good though and this is where it becomes very difficult to manage these people. You need to work out who is good at what and then apply them to those tasks. There's always something for everyone imo, you just gotta find it, thats your job as their boss/manager.

Up your vetting process in the future for potential employees and when you send someone to the store always give them a sample of exactly what you want so this won't happen again. And welcome to the world of Senior management, ain't as easy as some might think a very diverse skillset is needed. Sounds like your already aware of alot of this by the way which is great, like you said it's all a learning process for EVERYBODY.

You have it a little wrong. I am extremely specific when I am explaining what I need done. The problem is that they are trying to finish my sentences instead of listening because most people don't have an attention span.

That is the ONE thing that My Wife does, that just makes Me crazy. She does it out loud, not only in Her Head. I start a sentence and she starts inturpritating what I'm saying and will actually try to finish My sentence. if She does it out loud. I know it is going on in Her head even if She seems to be listening.
She had a very FUCKED UP Childhood, and as such She developed a VERY headstrong survival mechanism. This is probably why She can deal with a PRICK like Me. Still makes Me crazy though. These miscommunications would not happen if ears were open and mouth shut. You cant listen and absorb at the same time as Your forming conclusions with incomplete info. ARGH!!!

Don't get me wrong guys. I'm not special. All of you can have what I have. You just have to be willing to make very extreme sacrifices and take some good risks. To those who don't know my story, I will explain again. I have been growing for 21 years. I've been robbed and home invaded many times. I used to be a consumer and blew through crazy money in my life. I didn't think about the future as much as I think about it now. In 2006 I got busted while running 5 apartments in a 2 block radius. I lost everything. I almost did 5 years. I was in Boston at the time. Rents and home ownership were very expensive out there. I didn't have any options to set back up in that area because I didn't have the money anymore. So I went to the ghetto hours away and bought a house with no banks with contracts that I made. It's called owner finance or rent to own. I was in the middle of the ghetto surrounded by Latin Kings and Bloods. I was in the middle of a gang war for 3 years. In that time I grew and expanded every harvest until I was able to buy another house and had 2 houses. I was stacking money again and doing well. But then it all went down. Latin Kings kicked down my door and I was robbed. They didn't kick down my door 1 time. They kicked it down many times and was able to find my second house a few blocks away. I lost everything again but had some equity in 1 of my houses. My other house I had to walk away from and lose everything. When it was all said and done I was left with 30k. I went crazy and went to the casino and blew the whole 30k. I had no money again but I still had all my equipment in storage. I also had pounds of sugar trim and my tamisium extractor. I was living in a homeless shelter with a bunch of bums. I turned all my trim into Hash Oil and went on Craigslist and moved the whole thing in 2 weeks. I also had my Moms at a friends house and took mad clones and sold them all on Craigslist. Within 2 weeks I had 20k and all my equipment. I left the state to look for houses in cheap areas and found the right spot and set up another owner finance with my contracts. I worked my ass off and did what I needed to do. I was on food stamps to try and eat. I didn't spend a dime. I only spent money on my grow. Anyone can do what I do. You just have to be strong and know that you can do it. Don't let your minds and the people around you hold you back from your dreams.
