USD x HSK that sounds nice, that USD bobble had was a nice one indeed. I bet she would do amazingly well outside, the 11 week flowering time made it tricky for indoors

11 weeks??? Sounds perfect for vert scrogg. Outdoors would be worried about frost past halloween. Might try one anyways

Bobble

Anybody pop these yet.?

I vegged quite a few... many of them resembled the usd mom. .. I didn't have the space to flower them though so that's as far as they went. Hopefully the hk brought the flower time down. Should be fire either way.

The USD x HKSK I grew out all went 10 weeks, though they could be cut at 9 for commercial purposes. Was only 10 seeds though, so your mileage may vary.......

For Silver: Nightmare Diesel. She stunted out due to the low humidity and never recovered. I couldn't get better pics with the lights on b/c the leaves are so light colored. Kinda like the one you have in veg. ;)

Still frosty and smells delicious. Just maybe 1/3 or 1/4 the size it could have been.

Like this Headband for example... I purposely flopped the branches to spread them out a bit.

Lots of room for improvement still... but getting there.

Hi, bobblehead.

Nice work.

P.S.

Ever try ground egg shells as a source for organic calcium? Tried on rose specimen. Inconclusive so far, Deterred slugs from exploring atop media mix, though their goings-on never caused any issues.

Best,
/SRGB/

Great grow you got going on here, it took me a few hours at least to fully read all the pages. I am going pretty much the same route and have a few questions I would appreciate if you can answer. How long did the vertical trees and soil bed plants veg for? Which do you think is more effective in terms of wattage and yield? Which takes more time to maintain? When you switched from coco to soil, was there a huge difference in growth rates and overall plant size?

No I haven't yet, but that's a good potential source of Ca in the future. According to my soil test I'm maxed out on Ca and I shouldn't need to add any for a while.

Thanks for stopping by!

Ahhhh the road to dialage, being paved with dank

Thanks D. I'm trying...

Thanks for taking the time to read. The headband was revegged from the previous grow, the GSC was several months old, the other plants were 2-3 months old when I flowered them. As far as what's more effective, that depends on your grow style. If you can run higher numbers then SOG beds are great. I'm switching to large tree grows so that I can keep growing while minimizing the risk to my future career that I've spent many years in college preparing for. SOG definitely takes more work. Tree growing requires work too, but it can be simple if you let it. The difference switching from coco and chem fert to peat and organic fert made a huge difference in my final product. Growth rates depend mostly on environment. The same plant fed synthetic nutes will grow bigger than organic grown plant, that's a fact. Quality is superior with the organic grown plant, don't let anyone tell ya any different.

I'm clear cutting everything this weekend I think... We'll see how it goes. I might let some of the plants go another week. This grow sucked and I have fresh plants ready to go. I have some work to do on the room and it should be 100% dialed for this next grow... I hope. My good camera is out on loan so here's some cheap camera pics.

The pics don't do this GSC any justice... but here she is. The buds aren't as small as I was expecting honestly.

Headband- This one can go another week for sure.. but we'll see. its the last to come down, so maybe I'll get a better pic later.

Awesomeness!!!!! LOVE the bonsai bushes in the beds!!!! They remind me of plants I put outside late season.......they yield real good. That Gsc looks nice and fat. That's gotta be a 5-6 gram or better cola when its dry!!!! I have the forum now, can't wait to have some nugs of it. Your Og kush reminds me a lot of the kosher I grow. Same stacking and frost. Is the taste straight og funk the the limit? Mad respect for ya man your killin' it!!
