It thaws when the temp gets low enough in the lung room to shut the fan off then refreezes when it gets to hot.

just a thot; I think you need a different lawyer, unless $60 K is easy to part with. That may soon include legal fees and court costs. Plus, is there anyone else that can sue for anything related to it. Times like this require some serious financial planning.
Depending on your finances, I'd consult a 'financial Planner' lawyer and ask if you can put all your assets in a trust(you control) and simply file bankruptcy on that crap of postmortem bilking of a victim, by the insurance company. Plus, what about statue of limitations. On personal property, in my state, I believe it is 5 years, IDK, but well worth checking out all your options.
In the future...place your assets legally in a trust that cannot be touched by lawsuits. How do you think Bayer, Monsanto skirt by their 'business' liabilities, personally? What is fair for one, should be fair for all.
~~anyway, it is a consideration, to explore. Remember, your lawyer only makes money in his area of specialty, advising you to do something else..he might not make the $ on isn't in his best interest.

That's an interesting theory...but it doesn't hold any water.
I posted my IQ for informational purposes only. I'm simply explaining to you how and why I know what I know. It has nothing to do with bragging. What in the world makes you think I care about making myself look big in front of some Internet strangers, the kind who are foolish enough to believe I'm wrong, just because their ego doesn't like to hear the truth?
IQ actually doesn't mean much, because real intelligence can't be measured by any number.
When I said I know more than 99.9999% of people on the planet about where we stand and where we're headed, that's a pretty accurate figure, and that says a lot more about my intelligence than any IQ number.
