P.s. Why the fuck you in the Colorado thread? Keep your dick slinging in Cali kid, and stop spreading that toxic fucking Orange County triangle attitude out here in the Rockies. We breathe free and smoke free. Jealous?

I have seen some Dispensary take B grade over top shelf. They make more money off the B grade. Someone needs to open a shop that sales top shelf only.. I went to my local Dispensary all they had was brown weed all of it. I would not buy any of it they tell me everyone that comes in buys it.

has the black market dissapeared in colorado? or do the dealers still earn a living?

Of course the black market is thriving. With strains being mediocre to great in dispensaries....consistent potent product is still very much valued in Colorado....and less expensive!

Probably about 20 to 28 k for aaa indoor. Maybe about 12 to 18k for good out door. That's seems fair.

for the little dogs...

for the little dogs...

saw my regular dude...7 grams Golden Goat $55 USD that smokes better than it looks....the other little pile of herb is a free sample :)

he confirmed both were produced by independent growers...these buds are not beat to hell because they've been run thru a machine...also the flowers are trimmed out a bit so that the trichomes are never touched...to me, the pro trimmers look like they are smashing the flowers with the scissors.

any whose, I'm fn' ripped!

Ever heard of CAM in denver? I haven't been in there since my card expired, but stupid good weed.

My buddy is working at a dispensory there in colorado. He says he still has not found anything comparable to what we have here back home in maine that he has found from a few caregivers. He said most of the weed he's found in colorado is "maine dispensory quality". You know, mids.

There will always be a market for top shelf. Always. Just like alcohol, you can get rot gut poison or well aged top shelf. Let the big guys pump out the shitty "Mcweed" and sell it to tourist and casual smokers. The true heads are always on the look out for the best.

Good product is always in demand, never more than now.

Cuz dispensaries are just crankin' out the weight- if it all will sell, then who's to tell?

Some dispensaries are still making the good stuff, but you need to look for them. It's a rapidly stratifying market, everyone is still sorting out where they want to be/what they're willing to buy.

I don't see a black market for tobacco, and not much of one for booze, quirky cable television aside... Sooner or later, this too will become 'just' a hobby once again.

Until then, the very best way to gain and maintain a loyal band of customers is to provide a consistently high quality product on a regular schedule at reasonable prices. This is a tall order for a small one or two room grower! Therefore, since doing it will isn't easy and the rewards are still great, I'll bet that quality will be a trump card for some time to come.

However, this time weed brought some technology along with it, and that Genie isn't going back in the bottle; just like porn helped drive the internet, so has this industry driven the technology of indoor gardening- of anything- and thus made it more affordable and accessible to everyone.

THAT revolution is just getting started.
