Veg 'n ?

Twister is great... kept learning things about it the longer we worked with it. Have a great cleaning regimen and getting the work flow really nailed down. We're about to wrap up now 2:40 am, but the fella running the machine keeps coming back for more totes of ganj as fast as we can buck it.... no more running the beast for 2+ hours after trimmers are done!

Had a Lil labeling mixup that was noticed during the chop... A few more plants of the Cheese then originally expected, but I don't exactly see that as a bad thing!

Yes this is me. I could say hope all is well, but it's obvious things are going great.

@anonymouse the cheese I remember was a great plant. After you dial it in you realize why it's been around since the 80s

Were you part of that Dan Rather escapade? I was sad I didn't get to see how those mounds turned out....

I have never dry trimmmed... always done it wet, different beast, but I prefer the wet workflow.

dunno what they mean by "beats it up." My ganj' s trichs are all juicy and sticky they stay on the plant matter pretty well. Except for what gums things up the output doesn't look any different then regular wet trim..

We have a relatively small farm compared to some of the places around, under 100 individuals. I doubt they took a look at me, even if we are very close to one of the air strips they were using.

The average yield for the farm was 5lbs per plant. Growing weed is cool and everything but what I'm really in to is growing food. We yielded over a ton (literally) of produce from our front yard.

Now we are working on an orchard , expanding all our gardens , and building more drying space and a green house

What's your thoughts on this unfolding water crisis that seems to be materializing around us? You have secure access around your parts?

I think those with access to water will need to do what it takes to make sure all their permit fees and paperwork is correct with the water board . Also make sure the water is protected from neighboring farms tapping in to your source..and those with no water or wells that don't produce large amounts will have problems because water will be expensive, if even accessible at all.

A friends wife works for the local water district and they're talking about not selling water,to water trucks to have enough for fires and the town.

You also run in to problems when people steal, water like from the bridgevile school and Weott CSD..

Le sigh.... so glad we have that natural pond and on-site well.... suckss though, it's about the same level now as it was end of the season last year. Still lots of capacity, just isn't refilled like it should be...

Yeah, in the peak of the summer we use close to 10,000 gallons every day. Water is key.

Lots of neighbors still hauling water, because like you mentioned, the ground water hasn't replenished yet. I think because it's so warm the trees are still drinking too

:good: Awesome! Some serious fungus there  I have lots of mushrooms pop up in my pots at the organic spot. Never seen anything like that though.
