Flexi-Flyers were about the most fun on four wheels until the mothers in San Francisco and Oakland got them banned (with damn good reason!).

I remember cigs @ .50 cents a pack and they were sold in machines that could be found everywhere, bars, laundry mats, arcades....

Also remember quarter pounds of Mex mersh for 40$, use to break them down and sell ounces for 20$ each, double your money and do it again.

That was a long time ago, talkin 40 years.

so many great responses... most of what I would say has already been said, so I will just add one thing: I enjoyed so many different kinds of smoke from all over the world, and some of the stuff now is amazing... super amazing, but nothing is as good as the thai sticks. I can still remember the smell... miss it so much. met some truckers once and rolled a pinner joint. they laughed and teased me... until we smoked it. one guy said "what the h*ll is this sh*t?" they couldnt even finish it. totally blew there minds!

I remember when Jarts and those glass balled click clackers were legal.nun -chuckas too. Those glass click clackers were crazy.I busted my wrist when I fkd up n they hit it when I had them goin really fast and makin that good noise you get when you hit them on the sweet spot ,and get them hittin 90 mph and shrapnel would chip off sometimes.I remember getting the new KISS Alive Album and droppin an Ounce between the Double Album sleeve and letting the seeds roll away before I put it on the record player to jam//Hate KISS now, ever since they got new guys to dress exactly like Ace and Peter,oh yeah, and that sugar pants disco album didn't help either,lol.//Riding my dirtbike down the rr tracks. And the old white really thick plastic beer balls that were a bitch to cut a hole into if you didn't have a tap, before they switched to the thin brown ones.Ahhhh, the good ol days.Miss them bigtime.:ying:

There were just a couple channels back then.
Everyone in America watched the same programs, and talked about the episodes the next day, at work, or school.
I watched the first man walk on the moon. The kennedy assination coverage.Nixon canned.
