Skip the cure let them mature and do a 5-7 day slow dry. Should be mature by 18th, then cure the rest if you like. Nothing worse then under mature unpotent buds. IMO little is gained through a cure if it was dried well, maybe just a lil "smoother".

In turms of drying. I'm limitted to where I can out of sight. Would a colder or warmer place be better?

Can you get a temp and humidity reading from both? Too cold and it won't dry, to hot and it will dry to fast depending humidity.

I'm gonna have to find somewhere else. Boiler house is way to hot and attic this time of year gets freezing at night.

The boiler house is small. I can get a fan in there and it has a vent going outside. Could hang em there n leave the heating off for a few days.

The smell factor doubled over night. They stink something goood. I wonder how much a sog or scrog with lr2 would pong.
I'm thinking about a autoflower sog next. Would 26000 lumens be enaugh for 10 Plants in a tent?

I'm getting a 50x50x100cm tent from the wife for xmas. I've decided to try 8 lr2 as I got 20 joint dr reg seeds less then half price. Going to use 2l bottles and about 250-300w of cfls. Any thoughts?

In general, cooler temps give slower drying & smoother smoke in the end. More air circulation & lower humidity speed up drying.

Got a x60-x100 loupe. It looks like I have like 95% cloudy 5% clear. But the pistols are only just turning red at the tips.
Looking at them they have fluffed up in size very slightly over night.
I can't wait! Aha

Use larger pots if you can, autos love extra root space. Sounds like a good plan. Nice wife!

After they have shown their sex. I'm gonna get rid of the males sept 1 for a separate place. And do vertical transfer to the largest pots i can fit in. I'm guessing 4 females so 25x25cm.

Gotta finish my lowryder grow and flower a cotton candy first lol.

Just got and added my new 125w cfl. Bringing the total cfl watts to 265w lol. The bulb is huuuge. 24000 lumens now. That should help ripen them quicker.

I'd say they are ready. Pistils will be amber after the cut....amazingly, I've cut some with not many amber pistils showing color using the loupe method. Slow cure....they turn a nice amber!!!

Looking today, I have my first sign of amber. Have been cloudy for days. Should I cut now for a nice body high or leave a few more days?

your kinda rushing , cutting so early wont make yourself experience the real high your plant would give = potency
if it was me i would have grown them 24/0 no doubt , i dont care what anyone says but 24/0 is the best for autos.

Here's how my plant was looking at her end of days.

If your rushing in growing some wack autos , i dont see you growing normal ones soon.

Lookin good coolbud. Wish mine were that big. I was thinking about 24/0 on my next grow. Now ive got more light, my next grow should yield more too. Its all a learning curv

Soo close now. About 25% amber. 74% milky. 1% clear.
75% of pistols are orange/red now. And have plumped up somewhat. they smell very citrusy. Looks like ill have sn xmas bud afterall
