You're going to learn real quick that any type of 8/10" fan won't be enough once you start doing larger rooms and start putting a ton of vegetation in there.

Get together. I seem to understand they don't dig that type of talk on this forum.. not sure why. Medical patients should have no issues having a meet up in a public spot and having a drink/etc.

Go to the hashish section and check out 'case of the mondays', my technique that i released after more than a decade to the masses. There have already been multiple people try and succeed, a bunch of pictures from whom i've posted near the front of that thread.

If money is not a problem, then getting it right the first time is not, either.

Keep an equal pressure, or very close.. keep temps in check as well as lights off swings +/- . . hence the dead space in the room I posted in another thread. You can improve a room a whole lot with simple little things that most people overlook or don't think are important. Most people don't think a 10* swing from lights on to off is huge.. it is. That causes stretching.

The room posted in the other thread had 96 plants. That was a 14" fan pushing close to 2kCFM.. the FKD 12xl's I recc. to people push 2200+ and in some instances, more because they go with the 14" fan the same price, basically.. so closer to 2600 CFM+.

12kw is going to ruin that room temp wise. I can't wait, haha.

As well as completely ignoring basic biology which states that with that much light, the plants will metabolize far faster than normal, and in essence, use up the oxygen available to them far faster, out sucking (lol, suck suck suck!) that little intake fan.

I don't know how many plants he plans on doing but he says he has paperwork for 200. If you do even 50 it will ruin that air system.

I've never done more than shit tinker around. Even I know one exhaust isn't enough. Unless your running co2 your going to need a strong exhaust. LED's would help cut the need, but in nature there is a huge area for air.

LED's cut the heat but they are still not up to snuff.

I have done heavy investing in them.. they are not yet worth it.

Once they hit 10w diodes we can talk.. til then these goddamn 5w units are pointless.

I have seen some nice crops come from the things, but the weight is always down. It's just not there, yet.

Mounted some Fans on the 2x4's on the floor. Idea is to blow the air up from the bulbs into the carbon filters and out. Also started the drain plumbing.

Plants breathe from the bottom of the leaves dude. Do you not know this? Are you completely ignoring this because I am the one who brought it up? LOL.

Your fresh air intake.. if you can even call it that.. since I don't even know if that's fresh air coming in... isn't on the bottom of the room. It's at the top, being vented out immediately before it ever hits your plants canopy.

Blowing dead/stale air from the bottom of the room where it settles isn't going to do a damn thing.

You have no fresh airflow across the bottom of your canopy. How do you expect the plants to breath? Jump up in the air and get it?

Pretty simple stuff man. The plants nose is under it's leaves. Put the DAMN AIR AND OXYGEN THERE AS WELL.
