I just spoke with Marlo recently and he was gearing up to go again - had picked up some RD beans - I told him, he needed to check out GG#4 - linked him to the thread - I'm sure he's been reading...lol.

He's good peeps. (we'll just continue to talk about him like he didn't just post)

well 2 runs in a row I did not stretch more than double.
im in coco, and I let establish the pots no matter what size they're in. basically to the point where im like I better flip or pot up. when I do this it may lead to more frequent watering but my yields stay up and my tops stay low. something to consider glue guys. works for me. I maybe stretched 15-18 inches off my net and tops barely reached trellis on day 1.
looking good dudes
you all SUK

I think you guys over reacted to what sift was saying, what K is doing is basicly the same as weaving them , just keep stretching them out so the side buds get light is all . don't be to hard on him, it was meant in good terms.

interesting .... but not so true in my case . my first & the run i just put in 2 weeks ago , were done in hempy buckets with a months veg in both cases . with hempys , i put the clone in the final pot right from the start (2 or 3 gallon pots of coco with a 2" perilite rez) & they're well established with roots before i put them in flower ...... & they still pretty much trippled in size .
did/do you keep your lights tight to the canopy from start to finish (raise them as the plants grow ) ??? I'm thinking GG's stretch has more to do with lighting . they want that light bad & if its far enough away (like mine ) they just grow straight for the lights !!! I had one branch that came around damn near full circle to get at the lights . it was a lower branch just outside the net & it grew out & around the side of the net & then in towards the light . like a backwards C ....it was pretty cool :)

Agree with you Dan, mine are stretching 2.5-3x as well.

Next big run of them is going to be under my Magnums with barebulbs and CO2..see if it streches less and stacks it harder. Everything else does!

I haven't gotten as much stretch as everybody else too.
Thought maybe I'm a fuck up.
Glad I'm not the only one, lol.
I was starting to think I might suck or something.

Although I also don't get her to root in 4 minutes like most do.

I've had my share of problems getting them to root Pimpin .... about half just wilt over & die . i'm thinking i need a woodier stem to clone them . the ones off my mom clone fine cuz shes a well established plant with woodier stems .but the cuts i take from veg .... half just wilt & die .

clear indication of to low humidity, I take all my cuts from vegging plants and honestly haven't lost one cut in over a year. all the cuts are not woody at all. young growth.
