Conroy finally announced he's going to court!

Everyone is freaking out about what is going to happen to the MMAR and can we stop it. They're donating money in hopes of making it all go away or better in the courts. But, we hear nothing on what's happening, from either the coalition, or the lawyer Conroy...Extremely stressful!

FINALLY...Conroy has announced he's going to court to present an application for a writ to freeze the MMAR as it is until it can all be sorted out in the courts.

This is too funny. 30K plus license in Canada and maybe 2000 are being used as their designed purpose the rest were making $$$$ now. Even with people's money tree lively hood in jeopardy, most couldn't be bothered to donate to save the program as they know when it goes back to normal they can make more $$$$

most of the folks in the MMR program are cherries
what I mean by that is that they haven't any experience with how the canadian government treats small business
not that the MMR program is supposed to be for profit tho

Well I emailed PP and just asked them straight out are you selling the same crap you have always had because if this is true this will not work for me at least. I got am email back stating that they were going to get higher #'s in their THC etc. We will have to see one way or the other. Myself and everyone here in the Cannabis sub culture, totally agree in what you are referring too.
We demand quality Medicine, that's why we go to the trouble to grow our own.

The problem will be the Citizens of this country(the "Sheepeople") that are more concern about not breaking the law, than good quality medicine, this will be the greatest percentage of people in the new program, the MMPR. These will be the ones supporting or buying from the LP's. This is what the LP's are counting on, people that don't know anything about Cannabis, and there's a lot of them...to be sure.

Most of the patients in the existing government program the MMAR, will be fazed out. We will be looking for a way to use the new exemption and not buy the available swag from the LP's. I will never buy anything from any LP, I have friends that grow great meds and they will be getting my money. And once the heat dies down, I will grow for myself again, I will just stay under the monitory jail time limit and grow TREE'S.

PS. IMO...The reason the MMAR is being fazed out for the MMPR, is so there is limited good quality Medicine that can be compared to the government swag. If they weren't afraid of loosing there customer base to a "Grow Your Own" possibility, then the MMAR would be allowed to continue..."Grow Your Own" can not be taxed!

Free market? Not even close. For 240 i get the top notch. Pretty far from competitive.

We currently have 2 products available, CanniMed 12·0 has 12% THC and CanniMed 17·1 has 17% THC. We will have additional products in the future, including CanniMed 9·9, which will have 9% THC and 9% CBD, which will be available early in 2014.
