Ur Favorite Beer?

Thanks to this thread I found the love for beer again ! Or maybe I fell in love with it for the first time ;) with the ALES !

Favourites at the moment:

1. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

2. West Coast IPA (Green Flash Brewery)

Every singe time I open a bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, I just go " DAAAAMN, Thats good!".

Edit. I live in the scandinavia and these cost a ton, But worth it every time!

It honestly doesn't get much better than these... I alternate back and forth between the two, and they have permanent homes in my fridge:

Get to trying some of the other pale ales and IPAs. Sierra Nevada is nice but not as good as Stone, Languanitas, or Bear Republic (Racer 5).

^ I'm going to add to that by saying that for some reason, the more I drink the IPAs, the less I want to drink anything else. There is something almost addictive about the IPAs, and I'm not talking about alcoholism, lol. I simply cannot go back to wheat ales and the lighter flavored ones. I need bitter, I need HOPS!!!!!!

Also, I think it's fantastic that hops are related to cannabis. No wonder I like them so much. :D

IPA's rule my (beer)world, these days.

Stone Ruination is my favorite, but expensive.

Smuttynose IPA is my usual.

8.99 a 6-pack is tough to beat, for a great IPA.

Never had the Pliny's. Which seem to be king.

Someday.......

Pliny The Elder - Russian River
Heady Topper - Alchemist
Double Citra - Kern River

If I get to the States any time soon...I will try hard to get to each of these breweries and buy as much of these as I can.

I'm a hop head.

A new favorite of mine is from 3 Floyds in Munster Indiana.. it's called Gumballhead.. they call it a wheat beer, and it may be, but don't be expecting something soft and fuzzy.. it's hopped like an IPA.. another great beer from them is called Zombie Dust.. great colab between them and DeStrause from Belgium..

mgk :tiphat:
