it's weird how my really young & fragile plants do not like the T5 rack . if i put anything to young under it ... they turn to shit in a weeks time . i take'm out put'em back under the cheap t5's & they green right up in a couple days .They have to be well established before they can handle the rack . both shelves have T5's the bottom area has the 6 bulb rack with 6500k bulbs .... the upper shelf has 6 23" single tube t5's @ 5000k .... i wonder if the brightness difference is to much under the 6500's ..... maybe to much white light .
maybe i'm just stoned & rambling again :)

Gnite H ....

i never seem to have any problems with t5's,young plants love em here, but tender young seedlings do need some space until they root up...you never seem to have outer cups on your clear ones in pics, that would stunt your root growth initially if not covered...

you got that right, so damn hot this year, I made a grilled cheese and green chile sandwich for lunch and had to drink two of those Alaskan ale's to put out the fire, hey it was good though and so was the beer

I barbequed some thincut ribeyes and yellow onion over coals, then browned the dutch Crunch rolls on the BBQ too. I assembled it and threw it under the broiler after adding a couple slices of nice Muenster cheese

The bun was browned to perfection, tender-crisp.
The steak was medium rare and very tender
the onions were sweet as hell
and the kosher cheese was melted just right!

Salute!

ever seen roots growing above ground? the light root prunes them...you will get a quicker, fuller root mass from letting them go out to the edges...
