Im glad you posted this. I was gonna buy a 2' x 4' piece of plywood to make my window thingy(my window is exactly 4 ft wide). But your idea is much better. Having the window completely open, so it looks closed. Genuis.

i cover the whole window inside from bottom sil to the top of the window frame . the only air getting in is through the vents .
& the miniblinds hide the plywood . i keep them 90% closed so ya can't see whats on the other side of them but still lets some air through . not 100% air flow .... but good enough .
as another precaution .... i painted the plywood side facing out .... white . just in case you could see the wood behind the blinds . but like i said ... i check it all the time & i've never seen the white wood so ......

Well the ac is currently working fine. Not sure what is going on. Had the line checked today and it's fine. Hvac will be back tomorrow night to check the air handler. At least it'll get me thru the night.

Yeah had a tech put gauges on it and the line set is fine, pressure was right where it should be.

I noticed last night the fan on the indoor unit was not running at full speed. Only thing is I don't know if that was a result of it being frozen up or if it was the cause of the freeze.

In any case it seems fine at the moment, will know more tomorrow night.

Yeah, the Everclear 190 is perfect. I bet there is whole threads devoted to making the stuff too, for a better look at the process. But its pretty straight forward. Bud and/or trim in a mason jar, fill with Alcohol to cover, shake that shit(not hard though), Pour it through a coffee filter(that is resting in a mesh strainer) into a pyrex dish. You should ideally let it evaporate outside. But you'll DEFINItely need to cover it with a A/C filter thingy. Available at Lowes for like $6 bucks. So dirt and bugs dont get in. But to be honest, i evaporate mine uncovered, with a slight fan breeze blowing gently over it, in the bathroom, with the ceiling vent on. But if theres a chance of dust or animal hair, a filter should be used anyways. And dont smoke near it, or flip on light switches around it. Its not butane, but ya never know.

And I dont think moonshine is 95% like the Grape Spirits. But id sure prefer some apple pie brandy as beverage! Especially if my buddy Tickle was making it!
Whats is the alcohol content on average moonshine?

Very helpful. But shouldnt you have painted the plywood Black? Then it would have just looked like a dark room. Not that its really important. Im just busting ur balls.

You ought to see the Gorilla plant now! Its just CRAZY! I went out there with a flashlight to see it, and Its blowing out even more trichomes Like white puff balls on little bendy stems, leaning all over the place.So many Trichomes, almost like its going to start dripping or something. (Im on 12 hour shifts and its dark whenever Im home).Ill be off tomorrow

I went out there with a flashlight to see it, and Its blowing out even more trichomes Like white puff balls on little bendy stems, leaning all over the place.So many Trichomes, almost like its going to start dripping or something. (Im on 12 hour shifts and its dark whenever Im home).Ill be off tomorrow

mornin fellers...

nice and cool this morning...one of those perfect crisp fall mornings...gonna be a nice day again...mid 70's...got some clones to stick today,swtc99 and glue,think i will up pot a glue to a 20 gallon today so i have another big glue ready for the next spot to open...need to work on some new scrog tech...i want a smaller screen i can put on earlier that fits through the doors....that 45 gallon was a beast to move...the branches get so brittle after that long a veg,hard to get them under the flowering screens...


should be looking at getting a stack of lumber next week...

glue and cookies should be getting dry enough to trim soon...interested to see what i end up with...looks like a lot...

morning all. planning on figuring out the cold air intake today and hopefully thatll keep my temps where i want them. Ran the dual 400s overnight and the temps his 83 max, so a couple degrees n i should be golden

3rd ....I was thinking .... just because its working again , i wouldn't just leave it be . if it happened once .... it will happen again !!!
could it be because you dropped the drill on the fitting ? or maybe air flow to or from the unit cuz of insulating that part of the barn . that would be the first 2 things to look at for a solution . but really ..... don't just assume it was a fluke !!! it will come back to bite ya in the ass if ya do ..... BTDT too many times !!! find out WHY it happened .

the cheep stuff 120% to 150% top shelf180%to190% the apple brandy 180%-190%. they say I can get 190%+, third run, for about dubble $200 gal.
first run=120% to150%
secont run= 180% to 190%
third run=190% +

my flower room ran in the 80's all the time during summer,its really no biggy for healthy plants,if it affected my yields then i didnt notice...best summer ever really...
