Landrace Roots Seed Co. on the hunt in the Himalayas

It took Bobby about 2 hours to make about 2 grams of the super cream. I have a video of him making it and I will upload that soon as well. He gently rolls the buds between his hands and then scrapes the light oil covering from his hands with a knife. Such a sticky piece of goodness. No Mazari hashish but in Delhi before I came home I found a piece of supposed Afghan. It was muck.

India is an amazing place and is definitely worth a visit. if you land over in the harvest season it will be easy to make connections but your gonna have to climb to some high places to find the quality. Harvest season will be finishing in about 2 weeks in the North. If you go south they have a different harvest time, some areas have a few a year. book that flight and enjoy yourself lad.

Hey old pro. I been visiting different farmers and they all seem to be collecting for next years crop. Also anytime I find a particularly fragrant lady, i collect them myself. So many nice flavours and aromas. Something for everyone.

Good to see ya cheese buds.... The harvest has about 2 weeks left till it's all over. Then the cold weather moves into the valleys and carpets the land with snow. It's not a problem finding somewhere to stay. Most villages and towns have a few guesthouses and the locals will always offer you a space to sleep if you need it. They will also offer you a taste of their familys cream too. Not to be missed. Start saving lad.

A little collection from Tosh and Grahann valley. The cream from Tosh always seems darker than some of the other varieties, that may be because it was aged for 1 year already. The bigger piece was from Grahan valley and was 2 years old.

Hom, what a great thread of yours!

Will your collection be available at any point?
I'm mouthwatering just on the thought of some true Himalayan beans.

How are the charas plants for smoking, not charas but buds?

Thanx for the beautiful pictures!

Hey Koondense, we're currently sorting through our stock and will have seed available soon. I never got to smoke any weed in the mountains because everything goes to seed and the buds all get rubbed for charas production. The colas grow huge up there and the aromas from the fields are truely beautiful. The plants also produce amazing amounts of resin and the bud structures are very dense. Thats the indica coming through. lots of different smells from the same fields....I was rubbing cream for myself and found it hard to choose which buds to use as they all had different characteristics smell wise. Alot of fruity piney flavours....also some super sweet ones(mango...candy floss..). I found a few ladies that had a similar smell to cheese too. So many aromas to find.
I believe that these ladies,if grown away from males should produce beautiful smelling and tasting buds. Just another tasty flavour to add to your collection or maybe as a building block for a new strain. It will definitely pack a punch. Also, alot of the landrace strains are higher in CBD too. happy days.

Yo Henrik....how's Scandanavia lad? It's pissing down here all week. I think ya should bring the missus up the mountains for a holiday. Lots of nice things for couples to do.....especially if ya enjoy climbing(which I don't.). The strains from the mountains are very varied in appearance and smell. They all seem potent as the cream from here is just mindblowing. I didn't get to smoke any weed as they were all seeded but I reckon it would be some tasty smoke. Seems to be alot of different phenos on each farm....some beasts, some smaller ladies.....all seem to have robust bud production. The plants that were higher up all seemed to be a lot further on in flowering that their lower counterparts too. The mountains are gonna get very cold soon so the ladies have to be ready for that. Also, when they start their life, they have to be hardy as the mountains are very cold at this time also. They definitely have some strenghts to them for breeding with. Big flowers, strong in cold weather, big resin producers, ready early october for most of em, and alot of different flavours. Hope this helps lad. Cheers.
