Kick the bottle and grow organically with the power of eons of evolution and lifeforce propelling behind you. Trust me, the quality is top noth and the sky's sky's sky (ad infinitum) is the limit o potential, meaning there is no limit to the degree of health, wholessness, character and quality once can attain via honing an organic, biological, lifeforce-enerqi rich method of growing. If you're used to hydro, the switch can be as sole as buying OMRI h20-soluble kelp, OMRI humic acid, local rock dust, organic sulfur-free molasses and the best compost (authentic worm castings, true bokashi, or real humus) you can then mix at a ratio of around (per gallon) 280-1120 cups compost (depending on strength intended due to varying strains and/or lifestages, 7-28ml kelp, 7-13 ml molasses, and a handful of trace mineral rich rock dust available at your local quarry; then brew with air stones or stir vigorously in a funnel formation for 18 hours min(once you get a feel for the methodology of bio nutrients and compost tea you'll realize you can keep the teas going perpetually by maintaining proper ratios of ingredients for probiotic lifeforce to thrive regeneratively). If you have any problem filtering sediment in your system, then replace compost with em1 activated solution (you can make about 120 gallons of this stuff with 20 gallons h20 (unchlorinated ideally from a sacred spring or rain), 5 gallons high quality sulfur free organic molasses, and 5 gallons of em1 innoculant (this is also a great replacement for any flush solution that is not only vastly cheaper but also rich in syntropic, antioxidative microbes that help cycle carbon & nutrients while deterring pests, disease, and pathogens; not just your average enzymes although enzymes are a byproduct of these syntropic-antioxidative probiotic microbes). If no compost is available or acceptable, use 7-28 ml em1 per gallon H2O.
There's a reason chefs, wine connoisseurs, and foodies of all sorts prefer organically, biodynamically & probiotically grown products and its not just for health. 8)

How long does the SFV clone go under 12/12? I have a nice big one about 29 days in and seeing it's my 1st run I'd ask.

Depending on preference, I'd say 67-76 days like most original OGs.

This is from THC farmer, another story similiar to the original, but with someone elses friends names inserted lol, i love these stories.
"In late '93 John from Grass Valley Ca. got the Chem Dog cut. He shared it with me, Jerry(cowboy) from Dibble Creek Ca. and Harold(Putz) from Sunset Beach Ca. Putz had a male he called the secret ingredient. It was a cross of Lemon Thai and an Old World Paki Kush. Putz bred the secret ingredient to the Chem Dog. The buds that came out of this cross were going around So. L.A. county in '95. Someone told Putz that Kush must be so good because it was mountain grown. Putz laughed and told him "this Kush is Ocean Grown Kush bro". The tag stuck and it became known as OG Kush. In the spring of '96 Putz married a girl from New Zealand. Before moving there he sent cuts of his OG to me and Bob(beans) in Salinas Ca. He gave all his P1 stock and all the remaining seed he had to ****(mad dog) from Downey Ca. In late '96 **** sold some seed to some guys in the Valley. That's where the San Fernando Valley cut of OG comes from. It's like the Original only more sat in pheno type. **** sold a cut of the original to a guy in Orange county and that cut is called Larry today. It's still around Orange county. **** sent one other cut of the original OG to a breeder in Europe. As far as I know he never let anyone else have it.
Jerry bred his Chem Dog cut to a Humboldt county indica boy. This was the beginning of his cubing proccess. At BX3 he got a pheno that had all the smell, taste and kick of the Chem Dog, but in a pure indica pheno. Jerry gave this plant to Bob. It became known as the West Coast Dog.
Bob bred this plant to my Old World Kush male. He took a male from that cross and bred it to the OG cut Putz had sent him. This is what made the original Bubba Kush."

Info on the differnt kutz of OG Kush:
Tahoe= cut brough into the community by Swerve. The grower that Swerve got it from had sourced the cut in the Lake Tahoe area in the 90's.
-Larry= The Orange County Larry cut that is availble in the medical scene came from the same Orange County crew that the H.A O.G Kush came from
-SFV= There are a million O.G cuts grown in the S.F.V, however the cut that goes by this name on these forums and in medical disp. came from forum member Swerve
-Ghost= This cut came from ORGNKID, ORGNKID had sold a O.G cut to a Overgrow forum member named "Ghost" who further distributed the cut.
-Tripple OG= This cut came from ORGNKID. This cut is A.K.A Triple X/XXX O.G Kush. Triple O.G was popularly sold to medical patients by the now defunct C.A.L.M disp. of Malibu.
-Abusive= This cut was brought into the community by an overgrow member named "Abusive", believe it or not Abusive claimed to have got the cut through the rapper Snoop Dogg.
-SAC#2= Cut brought into the scene by forum member O.Gkushman, O.Gkushman got the cut from DJ Muggs.
-P.R OG A.K.A Private Reserve O.G= Another O.G cut that ORGNKID brought into the scene. The cut was sold to Med patients as Private Reserve O.G through the now defunct C.A.L.M disp. of Malibu.
-Apothecary = O.G cut brought into the scene by the apothecary seed co's Brett. Brett got it from a high profile Medical MJ activist in L.A back in 1999

The "Original Gangster" OG Kush comes from the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles and is considered to be the strain that put Southern California buds on par with the flowers coming from up North. Developed over three generations and years of stabilizing as well as developing the perfect fertilizer / food for this parrticular strain, resulted in a phenomenal kush, said to be the strongest indica today.
The OG Kush was formally a clone only strain. She stretches in veg but seems to fill herself out in flower. She has smaller nugs that you can get a good yield from if you supercrop her while she's growing. OG Kush prefers to be grown indoors in a hydroponic setup.
OG Kush, when properly grown, has the highest THC content of all kushes and is sometimes so strong, it "makes your teeth hurt" after you smoke a bowl. When smoked, it feels like a wake-up shot to the head, not unlike an espresso, which makes this smoke perfect as a pick-me-up during a long day of physical labor. Having said this, it is not recommended to smoke OG Kush before bed, as it is known to speed up the heart rate and keep the user awake.
There is also another well known OG lineage that was developed in Northern California, and this story went something like this.. A guy - we'll call him KushDawg for the sake of this story - living somewhere on the Northern California Pacific Coast was growing the original cut from San Fernando Valley, the birthplace of most herb carrying the "OG" label. One evening, KushDawg was hanging out at a local bar when another chap also sitting at the bar offered him a bowl of some very special weed. Intrigued, KushDawg accepted the offer. Once the chap opened the bag and the dank, pungent OG aroma lifted into the air, KushDawg knew immediately, unbeknownst to the chap, that this was in fact his own herb. As they toked the glorious herb, the chap rendered his own opinion as to the origin of the herb, saying that it was so great because it was "Mountain Grown." KushDawg corrected the chap, "Naw man, this stuff is 'Ocean Grown,'" meaning that the herb was actually grown indoors on the Pacific Coast.

That story has been posted so many times. Along with those "who sourced what" stories. Swerve didn't source shit.

id gamble it wasnt the nutrients, you either have a watered down OG cut or something wasnt right in your room. fwiw, ive seen a fair share of 'fire OG' cuts around and they never had the reekin lemon fuel diesel smell that i got off the SFV and several other OG cuts that i prefer. its more of a earthy lime kind of smell, but thats just my experiance with it. there are hundreds of OG cuts and many have been mislabeled resold as S1s, so my SFV could be Tahoe which could be Fire which could be Ghost, and so on and so forth. when it comes to OG i just prefer the one that has the specific terpene im looking for i dont care about the silly names attached to them..
and yea swerve sure as shit didnt source anything, he has been called out numerous times for lying about his OG cuts..
I know this is sorta old but I do believe this can be the real clone only tahoe because.........
I had a real clone only tahoe that grew the classic og pyramid nugs but that was BEFORE I had a broad mite infestation. Due to the BM's venom that it left in the plants caused recent grows of my same tahoe to stretch a lot less and produced fat colas like in the picture but had 0 smell or stickness. I ended up having triple the yield of useless dudded buds.
Basically if it dudded it could be real and if it came out nice then its probably a fake

There is a very similar thread over at that other place Orgnkid stopped by and posted some real good info about the history of some of the og's he brought to light he said he only ever released s1's of the original and out of the s1;s that the ghost og was the closest to the original he also said that OG does not stand for ocean grown it is an abrieviation for the word "original" he also said that the story about john from grass valley wasn't completely true but did say that there was enough info in that story to get peeps in trouble. just a quick update go check it out for yourself " dont shoot the messenger "
Yeah, I read a lot of that thread that ORGNkid posted in. Few things still don't add up. But he does confirm that his OG #2 clone he sold ghost is very close to the "original" and that his #3 was very much like what goes around as sfv.
