Sir yes sir! .. ..though I got the joke ;)

Cougar, yikes! What's the cougar kept in?

Can we see the peacocks? :) My grandparents used to have some, .. Super beautiful, though also super snippy.. :)

The Cougar is kept in the house for now because she is only a baby. The peacock is kept outside and roams around the land. There is a barn that is extremely large that animals can go in and out freely.

Nobody said any animal in the pictures were goats. The pictures are cows and maybe there's a horse somewhere in the background. There's a big Black Angus hybrid in the background in one of the pics. All I said about the goats is that they are my favorite animals on the farm and I have around 50 of them. I took pictures of cows today. I will show the goats another day unless you want to see a cougar or a peacock.

Yeah I was just being a smartass... 50 goats? That's incredible. All those animals must keep you busy, along with all the gardening. Do you hire any help or do you do it all yourself? You seem like the type that needs to stay busy.

I want to see cougars, peacocks, goats, billies, calves, cows, horses, colts, all of it!

Neat - so the barn, what's that like in there? I dig it that it's a sort of all-the-time shelter for whoever wants to hang, but what's it like to keep it up? Do you put out food for everyone, water of course, and some sort of dressing on the ground for poo and whatnot?

Damn. I'd love to have a barn whose sole purpose is for my animal hangout, rather than general crap storage, or more likely, a grow. :)

I'm not a big fan of taking care of animals. I believe that animals should roam around and take care of themselves. Unhealthy animals will die and maybe I will eat them. I was planing on eating the goats because I really enjoy goat meat. Do you really think I'm going to take care of a bunch of goat? LOL! I just enjoy watching them. I plan on having a shit load of animals but I don't really plan on taking care of them unless it's like feeding some of them in the winters when there's no grass. Who knows, maybe I have no idea what I'm doing and all my animals are just going to die from not taking care of them. I really don't know. Somehow these animals survive in the wild without us. I realize that a few of the animals need special care and that's fair but most of the animals just roam around. I don't think I stated how many acres are here but you'd be very surprised how many their are. Lets just say it's well over 100 acres and by next year sometime it will be over 1000 acres. I'm not really here to fuck around. I'm here to build my very strange world away from the regular people.

The barn is 2 floors of multiple rooms. One of the floors animals can walk in and out of and the other floor you have to open doors if you want any animals in there. The barn is over 10,000 square feet so it is huge and could fit tons of animals. This farm has been around since it was built a lot time ago. It always had animals since day 1 so it has a lot of cool things. The barn structure is a work of art the way it was built. The wood is crazy. No food is really put out except for a little hay. There's huge tubs of water all over the farm for animals to have a drink. Many animals share the space and some of them kill other animals. It's just how it is. I'm not saying that a lot of the animals get killed but 1 of our types of animals killed his whole family and had blood all over him a few weeks ago. He's still cool though and is still here but he is very lonely now and tries to come into the house and hang out and shits all over the place so he stays outside. In the future I plan on dividing the land up between certain animals to keep some of them more divided so there are less potential problems. It's not like there's that many problems though.

Snype you need to care for your farm animals as much as you do your plants... Particularly in the winter. Take it from a farm boy who knows from experience.

Sheesh - tough crowd on that farm. What "type" of animal slaughtered his entire family?

Is that common for that particular critter?

Yeah we will see what happens. I'll take assessments from time to time to get a better idea of what has to be done. Thanks for your insight!

Lets just say it's a type of bird. Certain details I have to be a little careful about for security reasons. I've already said way more than I wanted to with how tired I was last night.

Domesticated farm animals are far removed from their wild ancestors. I've spent a good amount of my life in farmville. Farm animals definitely need care... But that's not to say that many of them won't make it without... In the end they are your animals. I'm sure they could have worse living conditions.

I thought about the humane society coming through as well... but I assume the farm has a long driveway with motion sensors if not cameras too... If I saw them pull up, I would let the cougar out. Problem solved. :D

LOL! They don't bother anyone in this area. Cops don't exist. Most of the community grows trees just like in NorCal. I was very surprised by this when I found this place. Couldn't believe my eyes!

Don't be surprised when I get some primates and other strange animals. This isn't your dream, it's mine. Maybe it's your nightmare instead. Most of my animals I intend to eventually kill and eat. That's what life is. In real life, animals kill other animals to survive. Humans need to do the same thing unless you don't eat meat. I eat meat all day long and enjoy it. A animal is the same to me as an ant or fish. If you can kill an ant or spider, killing something else is the same but at least i'm eating them. But yeah, certain animals are hear for my own entertainment because that's what I work so hard for. And by the way in my state, you are allowed to have certain exotic cats and animals with a permit. That's one of the reasons why I came here. What do you want to save the world. Many other humans in the world have strange pets. No human is to say what is right or wrong. If you don't like it, don't have certain animals. I'm sure there's plenty of things that you do that I don't like also but your life is your life.

you got a cougar . man that's cool . peacocks make a sound that sounds like their telling you off. sounds like fuk yoo. my buddie had 3 but donated em to a animal place.they would fly on his roof and look in the sunroof it was funny. sitting at the table and look up to see 3 birds checking ya out and saying fuk yoo. always made me laugh hard. I got feathers for tying flies for fishin. the same buddy had a goat. it got mean and kept rammin him . he woke up in a bad mood and the goat had a bad day. bang, goatmeat. goat milk is good for ya and healthier than cow milk fo shure.i like your style party at snypes farm LOL virtually every animal on earth is someones pet somewhere. long as you provide whats needed its fine by me. I adopted a snow owl as a kid an my buddie got a red fox. we had to take classes and have the living quarters inspected and up to code . a lot of hassle but it was worth it.the owl had a damaged wing and couldn't fly much cant remember what the fox issues were . but it hid all day and ya didn't barely ever see it and it smelled a bit even tho the area was cleaned routinely

I think we can just agree that we are different people. What is right to me is wrong to you. That's how life is when you live on a planet of many types of people. Regulations? Federal Law? Are you serious? We grow an illegal plant for life that is still illegal by federal law. If I was worried about laws, I would be bagging groceries. We come from 2 way different places so you can never relate. It's really all about you and your personal standards. That's how it is for everyone. You are worried about you, and I am worried about me. And jail don't scare me. I made the decision to live the life that I do. No ones going to jail anyway and even if I did it would be for a few years. I take calculated risks. My calculations are very different than most people's calculations. There's a real good reason for that too. But you are coming into my world and voicing your opinions on how things should be. Just think where would some of my animals be if they didn't come with me? Some of them would be in a pretty bad place. Some of them would already be dead too. Life isn't supposed to be fair for everyone. If it was we would all be sitting in a circle holding hands.

oh and none of my opinion have been self draw.... my opinions come from public fact and social standards / realities that U your self are are embedded in, like it or not...
it's not what U or we think..... it's what they, the public/population at large think....
that is perception... that then becomes the social reality that we all share.....

In my world, it's about what I think. If social standards suggested that you wear a peacock on your head, you would from how you think. How would the population at large feel about you being on a site like ICMAG? I don't think they would be happy with you. It all comes back to, if everyone jumped off of a bridge, would you too? I think so, from the things that you are saying. It's obvious that you are imbedded into the system more than I am. Anyone who cares what the population thinks about them rides the short bus to work everyday. Me, I float around on bubbles made out of THC Shatterd Apple Jacks.

This has been a great thread. Let's not trash it. I never intended to imply that I was questioning Skype's methods. Merely stating how I would do things if I was lucky enough to have the opportunities that he has obviously worked very hard for.
