Cops sinking to a new low

5 months ago, i ordered a pack of seeds from the UK.
The Canadian border found my package and sent me a letter.

Anyway, today i received another letter but this time, from Canada Post claiming they have a "letter" for me at the post office.
I also have to show up after 18pm and sign for it.

How stupid do they think i am?
A letter, that i have to sign for and show up after 18pm?

Nah, there's no way in hell I'm gonna go there and claim this "letter" aka my seeds.

If you want to arrest me, get a warrant.
Even if those fuckers shows up at my door I'm gonna tell them : Get a warrant and if you do have one prove it by breaking down the door.

I ain't going down that easily.

Are seeds illegal in Canada? I thought seeds were legal in all western countries except USSAmeriKa?

You are smart to ignore their fucking letter and make them work their ass off. Make sure you don't have anything against Canada law when the come busting the door down. Best of luck.

Yeah, seeds are illegal.

I don't think I'm in that much trouble tho.

As long i don't sign any of their stupid papers or admit those seeds are mine, I'm not gonna go down.

Beside, my name isn't even on that paper, they're looking for my GF.

She's about to crack but i told her :

Don't open the door to strangers or cops, even if it's a guy bleeding to death don't open the freaking door.

If you haven't ordered anything and a letter from the post office shows up, do not sign for it.

A pack of seeds, delivered to your door with your name on it isn't much proof at all.

Someone could be trying to frame me for all they know.

order your seeds within canada and you will have no problems....

It's a bit too late for that.

I don't plan on ever ordering seeds again anyway.
I can make more seeds or clones if i really need to.

This is standard procedure with Canada Post in the case of a parcel or registered letter; they will attempt to deliver at your physical address, and if unsuccessful, they will leave a pick up notice with the item typically available after 6pm. There's no way in hell that a police officer would physically be staked-out and waiting for you to pick up an innocuous item at that particular Canada Post outlet, five months after allegedly seizing a single package of seeds, which are legal to possess, but not import.

You sound paranoid to me and don't make much sense. Whose name was on the seed order, and whose name is on this parcel notice, five months later?

Yes but the thing is, i haven't ordered anything online since then.
So this "letter" can only be 1 thing which is, the seeds that i ordered.

Let's think about this for a second.
I got caught importing marijuana seeds into Canada.

Why would they let it slide and give me my seeds anyway?
Because they're trying to arrest my ass.

Accepting this package and signing for it would give them all the proof they need to lock me up for a couple years.

Of course I'm paranoid.
I won't be able to survive in jail.

If shit goes down and i have to go to court, I'm gonna kill myself before being sentenced.

The name on the parcel and notice is my girlfriend's name but, if she gets arrested, I'm gonna take the blame for her because those are my seeds.

If you want to be 100% sure, call them and ask them for the tracking number of the letter. If they give you one then it's a letter

The point being why are they sending letters to you? Did they ask you to pick up a letter...or her?

i got the letter for seeds 4 years ago they sent two of them, never responded. Nothing ever came of it. All of the things i order from out of the country show up with the yellow boarder sticker across the top, saying they opened the package etc. So your addy might be on a list for years to come or not, just be safe and use a fake name next time... peace

Because we live together, her mail is my mail too.
Anyway, we're not gonna accept this letter.
I'm not even gonna call to see what it's all about.

Only bad news comes out of registered letters.

Not true, HC papers come in registered mail too. Its arguably good news these days...
Just go an get the letter man. They cant arrest you until you open the letter/package and have the illegal item in your possession. You can simply say this to the postal clerk: Where is it from? I'm not expecting anything by registered mail.
Play by ear from there on.

If you're not growing yet than you have nothing to be worried about. Seeds are not illegal as long as you are not using them for illegal purposes. Yes I understand you plan on using them but if you're not currently doing any illegal growing than their shouldn't be a problem.

It's something you're not expecting, but it's not a seed bust. Relax. ;) Are any of your bills late?

Oh, well that's perfectly healthy. Especially in a country where possession of seed as souvenirs is legal. Yes, I understand that importation is not, but that would get you a slap on the wrist at worst. You might be overreacting a bit. I'm just sayin'.
