Handling hash oil? Calling all oil tycoons!

Made some qwiso last night, knocked me right out. Was curious for future batches the easiest way to handle, roll, break up, and most importantly smoke this stuff! I always see the pictures of people having it on bowls, took me the better part of an hour to get it from razor blade to bowl, put WAY too much in and only took a hit off it before setting it down. I'd imagine people have devised some clever methods of handling this sticky goodness. If so please share, lol this gram in my bowls gonna take me like two weeks to finish, would like a better way to dole it out. I'll keep searching, but i'd like also some specifics from the experts.

PS didn't think to snap any pics, was off a branch of my least favorite gal, least frosty too, but jeez, maybe a 7gram wet branch gave me about a gram of oil, think i "whipped" it when i was scraping it, really looked like earwax/budder. It'll be a shame to have to make some for for ...erhm... pics

5ml Glass Syringe, thanks to KA for that one... sucks it up cleanly and then delivers it when you want, without any waste at all, just putting 4 stripes inside the paper for the first 50%... plenty melts down the lower half, no mess.

No expert here but I made my first batch a couple weeks ago so I've been dealing with the same thing. The freezer is how I do it. Once my razor blade was full I set in freezer. Once frozen hard I scrape into a small glass where it will stay (in freezer). Then I got a sharp knife and with the point of knife break chunk into smaller chunks.
When I want to smoke some I pull glass from freezer and get a paper clip straightened out and fish out a small piece. Sometimes it sticks to the paperclip, if it does I hold it over my bowl (with weed in it ) and put a flame next to it. Once it gets warm it drops right onto my bowl.
Then there's only one thing left to do, enjoy!

First try to degas the oil as far as possible by heating, vacuum or time. Makes it less sticky.

I use a small screwdriver I only use for handling oil.

Then you can freeze it before handling, to get into a bowl for example.

Or just mix it with resin...

This is how I handle BHO.

scrape it up with a blade.... hold the blade with needle nose pliers over your dish/parchment paper while using the radiant heat of a flame let it drop down... you can drop dabs onto parchment paper or just a big ole glob, I prefer to put dabs on parchment and glob it into a dish. I store parchment paper in jar in a freezer/fridge for later use. I leave my dishes out and heat the oil up with a bit of radiant heat from my torch to soften it up enough to get a dab.

consumption.... Ti all the way, curve or dome it don't matter its all preference.

Simply get a glob on the paper clip, then hold the flame ABOVE the glob...as it heats the metal, the glob turns liquid, and drops onto the bowl--

i just put my oil on some wax paper and keep it in the freezer. Whenever I need a hit i grab a pair of tweezers and snap a little rock.

I like grease that is shattery at room temp. so much easier to handle. just chop up a few chunks with a box knife blade, and pick them up with my fingers


with sticky oil, use a paper clip to scoop it up, and drip it off by touching a lighter to the shaft of the paper clip

The oil comes off of the parchment paper just like it would wax paper, never pulled paper with a dab.

I should mention that it is rare that I am in possession of a sticky/gooey oil. Almost everything I make is shatter or like a good hard wax, I'm usually able to "snake out" a glob with my fingers before it gets too sticky to handle.
