Okay snype here are the measurement.
The length x width is 37 inches squared
The height is 79 inches.
The reflector hood is 8 inches tall. That's the actual size of the hood from the top of it down to the reflector glass. Not any indication of how low or high it hangs
These measurements are useable space measured from the inside, anything within those numbers will fit.
I'm eager to see what you have in mind.

Oh and as far as plant number goes all of the seedlings I have in that tent are femenized. I have 5 feminized sweet tooths from Barney's farm. I'm not touching those for now, in workin out all the kinks on these freebies.
So for total number I think im limited most by tent size so however many would fit best in that tent

Ok I got it! I hope that you have enough to run 6 female plants. If you do I would go with my 6 Plant RDWC set up in my RDWC Construction tutorial. You would have to make the In-Line Manifolds about an inch shorter on each bucket to make it fit. The Controller/Epicenter bucket, you would have to put outside the tent because it won't fit in the tent. You can put a few small holes in the bottom of the tent to squeeze the 3 pipes through the tent. Here is a picture but pretend that it's has 6 buckets instead of 4. The back manifold is also bigger than the 4 bucket so your manifold would be same size as the as the 6 bucket manifold. You would also keep the air pumps outside of the tent.
If you are really serious about this, I will get you the exact measurements for everything. If you only have 4 plants then build the 4 bucket system but use the manifold for the 6 bucket system because you are using a 600 watt light and need a bigger manifold. The 6 bucket will give you more weight though in a shorter amount of time. Let me know what you decide.

That's great I didn't think about keeping the resevoir bucket outside the tent. If my tent could fit 6 buckets then that's definitely what I would build but I'm not sure they would. But I'm legally allowed at least 6.

Actually my bad I was wrong. I just put three buckets together and took a measurement and you couldn't do that. You could still do 4 though and use the manifold for the 6. You would cut out a lot of VEG time with the fast rates if you have the right conditions. Also what strain are you growing?

Ideally I'd like to grow a sativa or sativa dominant strain.

I have seeds as old as 1973. I'm still popping seeds from the mid to late 90's with 90% success! I've stored them in the freezer air sealed since the 90's though.

and just cut the inline manifold pvc length to 3.5 in. instead of 4.5?

And extend the PVC pipe from the feed line to the manifold as well a the l manifolds to keep the pump and Rez bucket outside?

Well I have to build it before I can use it and my cubes look about ready to transplant. So I was going to use something else while I was building it for these freebies. Your instructions seem put together very well an easy to follow but I'd be making a couple of minor modifications you mentioned so that makes me a lil nervous. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have a problems but ill definitely have some questions. I don't have a lot of money so I like to figure everything out before I buy all the materials. Sorry if its like I'm asking you to hold my hand I just got the impression you would help me out if I tried to build ur set up.
