Holy shit! Did I already see these? That looks gorgeous... I have been thinking about reviving the mountain madness pool..still got originals...f2s and rk x mm from grey...lots of those 99 crosses floating around..

U kno I looked and looked and couldn't find these run anywhere... and believe me I looked everywhere.. & you're right they are gorgeous but they yield like shit.. but they look dank as well. I veg'ed a small bush for 6 months.. I kid you not.. and I ran her nearly 90 days in bloom.. so I have a lot of time invested in this one. I didn't end up keeping her cuz I tend to stay away from long flowering plants that yield so little. I might have ended up pulling an ounce off her. So from a connoisseurs point of view the smoke be good enough to tempt someone who is soley growing for quality to keep this one in the stable.. but me myself, I tend to grow 80% of my herb for friends.. and I keep a small amount for me and my pops. Either way she is beautiful. I would do just about anything to get my hands on a clone or seeds of Mountain Madness.. this was as close as I could come. When I saw the beans listed in the Server fund auction I really wanted them.. but resisted buying, as funds were tight. A friend of mine, someone named Sour over at another site gave a couple of these seeds to me and it was unexpected. But I had to run them just to see for myself. All in all I was surprised about the dominance of the raspberry traits. Does MM breed true? I would love to see more of it, particularly hybrids that lean to the more Sativa side of things. A wonderful experience anyhow to say the least. I've never run beans from ICMAG's community. Over here I am more of a lurker, but I tend to make friends everywhere I go. Elsewhere I am more active on the boards, and I Moderate over at another board (I tried to say the name but it changed my text to "the thieving con mans place" ughh I hate breeder/seedbank politics. I tend to just love the plant and not get involved with the drama)... I usually stick to running beans from my friends.. as well as stuff from Bodhi, Subcool, and Jay Roller. But I have tried to expand my horizons a little and try new things this year. I now have access and a bunch of gear from the NW47 crew and they are next on my path of discovery.

Subrob I'm gonna spend some time today looking at more of your work. I know months back that I spend a good amount of time looking at Mountain Madness photos and reading about it. It was only and always a pleasure to see some of the things that you have given back to the community. Your reputation is known all around the boards.

Thanks man..nice of you to say..no real work was ever done on mm....other than it was pollen selected by therev...from skunk..I believe from the timing it was two f3 Cindy males he had selected for his breeding program..it was gifted to me from a mutual friend and I hit madness w mixed pollen from the two...

I gave grey skull some f1 seed and he dropped 8...I think..and got seven males one female...he said screw it..let the gangbang begin...that's where the f2s came from and I believe he put a raspberry kush in for fun....I and others thought the rk was just a cut of bubba...explains the veg time..

the first/nearest row of 8 plants yeilded 2lbs. 5 Valley, 2 Skunkdawg, 1 ChemD. All crip. All gone 2 days.

Still trying to get a real job. HAHAHAHAHAHA
