Still a little early to say the Seahawks have buyer's remorse for trading for Harvin, but starting off with an injury requiring surgery is not good.

Wilson still has Tate and Baldwin and Miller to throw to, and a good run game, and he's shown great ability to extend plays with his mobility in and outside of the pocket. With their defense they probably don't need to score a ton of points to win games, but yes, having Harvin and Rice healthy and playing would make them better.

Maybe the Seahawks should stop trading for Vikings WR's? Seems like they're getting damaged goods.

Holy crap!!!

Holy crap!!!

The pic below is of a 3 day infant born to:

Eagles offensive lineman Lane Johnson 6-foot-6 who weighs more than 300 pounds and Johnson's wife, Chelsea, who just gave birth to their son David is 5-foot-11.

This kid looks like he's ready for some arm wrestling.

Freakishly well-developed hands for a newborn. Guess he'll be able to palm a basketball by junior high...

How's everyone fantasy team looking like? I got a draft this week and the next.
Who do you think will finish with more fantasy points, Kaepernick or Russell? I'd give the edge to Russell, think he's got a little more accuracy to his arm, but it'll be close I think...

Baba, got a couple drafts coming up as well, in my big $ league I got 3rd pick this year and I am torn who to take....Also I think that Kaep will end up with better fantasy numbers personally. Better coach, better arm, more dangerous legs I think. I agree though it should still be pretty close, you'll probably get better value with Wilson because he'll go in the later rounds than kaep.

i expect kaep and brees to be at the top of the field in terms of QB fantasy points this season, the biggest thing that hurts kaeps fantasy potential is the 9ers are thin in the recieving department....kaep to davis may end up being a record breaking qb-te combo...and anquon boldin usually doesnt get picked up until after the 6-7th round...he's #1WR in SF...gonna have a big season and is a great fit in the flex spot...and flying under the radar.

sproles and reggie bush are also good options in the flex
amendoela looks like he will have a crazy season if he can stay on the field

I'd take Beast mode with that #3 pick....just sayin

It's that time again... I gotta figure some shit out for my FF team. It's a keeper league so I've got some decisions to make before the draft. Stafford and Cruz are locks. My other WRs were James Jones, Randall Cobb and Boldin. Cobb put up the most points overall thanks to kick returns but his rec #'s were still damn good. Almost identical to Victor's. Thing is, he benefited from others injuries so it'll be interesting to see what kind of PT he gets if everyone stays healthy.

The debate is really between Frank Gore and Darren "I'll kill it for 4-5 games then stub my toe" McFadden. Typing that out makes me realize how sad my RB line up is. Gore is coming up on 30 and even though he did real well last year I don't see him doing any better. Instead, he'll likely drop off a bit. He's a good #2 but keeping him might be my safest bet. McFadden has killed me the last 2 seasons. My luck, I'll drop him and he'll go apeshit this season.

How 'bout them Cowboys!?

Lol Cow Boys. Only watch them if I am drunk lol. This year i'm excited for the Jets! GO JETS!

Last year I filled a bracket out and collected several winnings, including a free bowling party at the lanes.

Peace

I think Kaep can reach top 5 qb numbers if he runs the read option primarily. But I think harbaugh is too smart to let him run it full time, giving defenses a chance to prepare for it; i think he mixes up formations a lot and only breaks out the read option as a changeup. Still, I think colin is a top 10 qb, assuming VD can take the place of crabtree.

That #3 pick i would take Doug Martin for his pass catching, assuming ap and arian foster are taken before.

The raiders are switching back to their power run blocking scheme, which suits Mcfadden more, so he's capable of big numbers. But like the ever maddening Ryan Mathews, he seems to lose half of every season to injuries. Gore is the safer play, mcfadden is the riskier, higher upside bet. Just smoke a bowl, think it through, and make a decision, only time will tell if youre right or wrong.

The jets are more entertaining off the field than on. Theyll probably field the leagues worst offense this year, so if their defense is anything less than excellent theyre looking at a sub .500 record easy. I'd be more excited about who's going to coach the Jets next year...

2nd game of the season, they meet. And whoever wins that game will become superbowl champions, and the loser might as well just pack it in for the rest of the season.
Or something like that, heh heh.

Packers never have and probably never will play at all in pre season

we don't need a Sanchez situation, we always have enough injured starters

Rodgers is gonna smash some records this season

hopefully we can play some games where less than 10 of our starters are out due to injuries

I so want to go down to SF for the game

As a Lions fan, I feel the same way about Matt Stafford.
The sky is the limit for the Lions passing game.
Need some balance on offense, before they are a real threat to the upper echelon.

I know you and I are suppose to be divisional rivals, and I'm suppose to hate the Packers, but I don't, and I am of the belief that Rodgers is the best QB in the league.

Easy to hop on the Wilson, Kapernick, RG III, band wagon, and talk about how good they could be, however, I'd take Manning, Brady or Rodgers any day.

Cannot wait for Sept. 5th! :dance013:

Manning looks like a old man w/ a beer gut... from all the pappa johns pizza he eats....
Rodgers NEEDS to SHAVE... ASAP, needs butt-less biker chaps and a leash for hes outfit...
Brady has reached the end of hes' dynasty... he'll just play catchup, and blame everyone-else......

time for the youngsters to stepUP, and begin the New Era of youthful Quarterbacks....
