That's one I might have to attend.
Or maybe they are letting them keep the pot? Hmmm

I love how when you walk into a club and they ask "how much you asking for that" and when you say 220 the guy pauses for a split second then its like "ooohhh.....yeah we usually pick up for around 200-210".....yet you get the feeling if you had said 250, he would have said 230-240. This is just before and just after telling me this Bubblegum was top notch and he would love to have it, etc etc. But then dude dicks around for a few days (on purpose I'm sure) and by the time he emailed me talking about having "cash in hand", sorry bud, too late, it already went out to another club that knew how to jump on a good opportunity right then and there. So next week I drop off a sample of some other meds that were almost as good except lightly seeded, and he doesn't even bother emailing back or making an offer? Really bro, you have no lower tier buyers that would jump at some lightly seeded but otherwise nice DAGO WALKER for a bargain price? Gave you $20 worth of samples and you can't even be bothered to drop an email saying you can't take it or whatever? OK then playa, I got other clubs that will take my B+ offerings on the spot for cash money with no B.S., so tell me why I should give you any consideration at all the next time I got some A+++ ready to move? I like people who are straight up and looking to build business relationships, not always trying to jew somebody down and be on top every step of the way.

I like to hear silence during "negotiations"...cuz it means they're thinking, yep--"silence is golden". And never shy away from the word "no"...very, very easy to say.
On the few occasions when this strategy is less than successful...well--think about it, you can always apologetically go back to the "old square 1" and do what it takes to close the deal...you know, how many of growers do it now--"shut up and take what is offered".
$train update--so I dropped off samples of my next killer strain I just dialed in (which shall remain nameless) and the response is, "I will take all you have for $3700"....LOL, he is soooo fucked!, Why? Cuz 37 is HIS "starting bid"....let's see how close to four-zero I can go.
Remember, if a few of us can climb the four-zero hill and "take it and hold it"...it should be easier for the rest of you; just follow the trail!

I like the idea of growers uniting and holding steady. Indoor growers deserve 4 for top notch herb. It takes a lot of time and energy costs. Especially depending on location. If you have a 4 lighter and youre seeing bills over 1k per month with high rent and nute costs......sucks to get paid 3. Revolution!!
the problem is not all growers are able to be honest when their shit isn't a+++, so expect 4k for crap.

In my opinion the prices dropping are self inflicted. Everybody jumped on the quantity over quality bandwagon and now your paying for it. When the majority of smoke came out of Mexico [sativas] prices stayed steady. Then Canada jumped in with both feet crossing everything they could get their hands on calling it a strain. Nuking plants with enough nutes to grow 5 crops. Quantity exploded quality went into the shitter, prices dropped. Cali markets take off and nobody cares about the long term only what can I make for myself today. Don't complain about your Bud Light pot when you keep making it and buying it. Quality organic soil and a true landrace strain or stabilized hybrid wont be found at any flee market or fly bye night dispensary. My opinion....Thank you

I agree wholeheartedly.. I take a great deal of time and resources to put out a product thats is some of the best out. If I wont smoke it I wont offer it to anyone if she does not meet my stringent requirements. I have had plants that went straight into the hash bin. that has not happend in some time. I dont have any strains that are not outstanding. There are many more strains/Phenos that do not meet my requirements. It does take time to find them and get them dialed in. This all adds to the cost you want the best you will pay for the best..
^^i too have thrown entire plants of strains i found sub par direct into the hash bin. Some friends have seen this bin and think im an asshole. However, like hammer, i want to put out the best, and i want it to be a safe product free of pgrs and other bullshit. If you bring top notch to the table, that table should have top notch reciprocation on it too. If your shit is worth more than market price, charge more. Sell yourself and your product. If you cant sell yourself dont bother with the product.
Just had a fun experience at a disp. our market is 24-28 depending on strain and quality, i brought in some of the best bubba kush ive done to 2 diff shops. showed them the whole unit and then gave each place a sample. First spot i said id like 28, expecting to go to 26 cause i will go NO lower on bubba. He says they have too much good stuff in that price range and just cant take it, so i went to their shelf and pulled a few jars of "top" shelf meds, and it was GARBAGE by comparison. Basically if he took my meds for the same top shelf rates hes taking garbage for he'd embarrass himself to every patient cause nobody would wanna buy the half assed top shelf meds, really sad.
Second place, gave me cash in hand at the top end of my asking price, smoked me out with a few of their other samples and gave me a medicated berry soda for the road.
Which of these 2 places do you think i will be returning too? lol. Grow good herb and you wont have a problem getting the higher end of your asking price. it takes time and dedication, and the ability to say to yourself i could have done better to constantly improve your grow. Cause every time somebody brings in "chemdog" to a dispensary thats shit and then i show up with the real one done well, itll put the shitty grower outta their spot real quick.

lol...good to hear that I am not the only person that tosses "perfectly good buds" in the blow pile. The guy that blows (makes connies) my stuff always whines about the "perfectly good buds" he finds....lol.
I explained it to him this way, "my mediocrity gets blown"...and what some consider their "best"--is equivalent to my "mediocrity".
