were you getting stem rot before you were using your Aero cloner?

if not what was the problem then?

if so perhaps you should use a systemic fungicide on the mother plants to try and kill any infection they might have.

if the water temp for your Aero cloner was over 70F then that would be a problem. you could try h2o2 in the water to keep it sterile.

I don't do a whole lot for my cuttings. I put them in Rockwool and put them in a humidity dome and then usually don't even touch them for about 3 weeks. at which point most of them will be rooted. if they're at a little bit higher temperature or under better light than they usually root a little bit quicker. but I usually just have them off to the side and one of my veg rooms.

but if they get a fungal infection it seems to keep coming out in the humidity dome and causing a problem. like powdery mildew, that infects the plant and then lives inside of it and keeps coming out of it to reproduce and sends spores all over your room. no matter how much you steralise your room or the plants, without a systemic fungicide you will not get rid of it.

good luck I know it can be frustrating when your clones aren't taking.

Just wanted to mention that after even more reading I have discovered that my "garden safe" hydrophobic neem oil likely is not all that effective. From what I gather pure neem oil is what I wanted/needed. Noted, and lesson learned.
chill.
i like neem. i use dyna-gro pure neem oil. i use tween 20 to dissolve this oil into water and it acts as a surfacant. neem seems to be better at preventing problems than solving them and it works on a wide array of problems and pests. it is used to prevent pregnancy in India and probably shouldn't be handled by women looking to get pregnant.

but it does have a lot of limitations. won't cure a fungal infection or stop a bad mite infestation.

if I get powdery mildew the neem will suppress the symptoms (maybe) but those plants will always be infected until you use a systemic fungicide on them.

anyway all I'm saying is in my opinion neem oil is a really great, safe environmentally friendly product. but it seems far more effective at preventing problems then completely fixing them.

good luck on your clones

Looks like she could use a shot of some phosphorous to me, what do you all think? Appears to me that stretch has halted mostly, starting to pile up pistils really good ...

The minor bug issues don't bother me, this is in a very diverse area with plenty of plant eatin' predators around. One thing that does bug me though is the STENCH surrounding this girl, whew! No one around to smell it but me, ah well ... good stuff

Looking very cute man. I had a SD x NYCD outdoor last year and its was just the best smoke ever :D
Looks quite bushy. Your gonna get some nice buds out of her for sure.
Keep us posted :p
