The next pictures are MNS Black Widow x Super Sliver Haze, MNS Critical Mass, and MNS Shit x Tom Hill Haze(my cross). These were started late as the seeds originally started didn't germinate so these replaced them.

More from the garden. The Mendo Purp has been in flower for about 3 weeks and smells sublime.

Yo Doc, you rock! OG is very finicky to grow, how do you find the MH plays on the OG as far as growth?
They both can be very large plants, but OG structure causes buds to need support. We will see how this plant turns out when it starts budding. I think it was the only seed there was in the OG.
Here is a better look at the branches.

Wow, looks like you guys have some fairly fast flowering plants. It's been so long since I've had the opportunity to grow outside regularly I think I've forgotten but what I can remember is that if I had flowers at all on August 4th I'd have been dancing around. It's a shame I can't have a backyard garden, we've had some great sun and warm weather this year, not the best but pretty good. Can't wait to see that Mango Haze/OG come October Dr!!:) I'd have the whole backyard or greenhouse full of all kinds of plants even if cannabis was only worth the price of hay, just to walk around in the morning and smell the breezes. The older I am the more I realize I'd grow nice plants just like the roses on my back fence, I'd pick a few but watch the better part turn back to dust.

An outdoor garden in the right climate to grow sativas to maturity is the ultimate dream.

Pics like those above are an incentive to turn dreams to reality.

That's one of the reasons were moving to Cali ..... My girls gonna get her PhD out there ...... And I wanna have myself some legal outdoor gals ...... Here I gotta run em in greenhouse to stay in the grey area of legality

I'm quite interested to see how the mango pulls through on the cross .... Wonder if the smell is a dominant or resessive trait cause that's a big head turner .... Overly ripe mangos ...... Mmmm reminds me of Hawai'i

Slip your a mad scientist behind those walls ..... Not quite sure where all the grape came from in that cross ..... But I will say Ras' cross of s99 x abusive kushaze has a good potion emitting grape syrup/grape cough medicine ...... Where could the grape be hidden in the original parents? I wonder ......

I always wondered what would have happened if I'd stayed in Ca.Had a great job, decent place to live.Guess I thought it was too crowded or maybe some girl led me astray...Believe it or not I was a bit looped back then...:woohoo: Now I'm just plain crazy, chasing kids off my grass etc...

Lmao .... Funny ..... Chasin kids off the grass

Girls .... Oh how they do lead us .... Astray ..... I'd still be in Hawaii if it wasn't for my girl lol

That's why I married the one I did! :D

She was fully aware of my growing prior and just took a "ostrich w/ head in sand" approach to it since.
Growing weed got me into gardening in general, and she followed suit. We now have a nicely landscaped property that we both put a lot of work into, but she could care less about seeing my indoor endeavors, and can't understand growing a flower that smells like a skunk!

Same here, if there was such a thing as" less than zero" other than a bad novel from the 80's that would be my wifes interest in my grow hobby.Give her a pair of good clippers and a mile of English privet or roses and she'll be on it all day. This is my short and stocky Blue Satellite under a rack of T5's.There are a few thrips in the room but it's just 6 plants I flowered in some empty spots from the last grow and I havn't had the chance to seriously clean the place out but I have some great flowers in here nonetheless.:)

This is one of my favorite Sour BX's so far.I have a friend growing some of them outside far inland from where I'm at.I hope they do well but I'm afraid the season here in the NE might be a bit short for these but who knows, with a good sunny fall, could be fantastic.

Many more factors OD to help plants quicken up in my experience. Light(spectrum), daily shortening of light, temps .... These will play a factor and will help flower out a plant much quicker(survival instinct) ..... Certain planting tecniques can be taken to quicken up a long sativa ... .... I plant them at the border of large bushes or a tree line so that they get direct light till early afternoon then all indirect or as dark as possible...... Helped me pull down an 11wk (indoor) sativa at the end of September fully mature and ripe.

I bet those SourBX will do well but more than likely will be pulled late September a few weeks early due to weather..... I would just think that too wet will rot em or spread PM ...... hopefully the NH gave em some resistance in that area

Yours look awesome Slip .... What kind of smells are you getting off the bs2.2?

Honestly I'm not sure what it smells like but I like it quite a bit, enough for me to buy a few packs to run.Right now I have this little garden with 6 plants and they all smell fantastic. They might be small and under low light conditions etc but somehow I have 6 gorgeous plants in one small spot. This doesn't happen very often, there's always a few bad apples when I grow handfuls of different seeds, well maybe boring instead of bad but I'm certainly looking forward to seeing how they smoke.I figure the BS 2.2's are 55+ days into 12/12 so by late September they should be dried and smokeable.Don't get me wrong, I'll smoke a joint 5 days after I dry it but I like it to set for a bit.Sometimes I very much enjoy a fresh green joint, as soon as the stem snaps more often it sets for a good month though before I smoke anything.:)
