I recently started medicating with oil. I have a gpen for when on the go. It's ok, not a big fan of the wicks though as I think they are just more pain in the ass than anything else.
I had hoped to pop into this thread and find the info that would lead me to the perfect for me vape pen but instead, my head is just spinning ...haha
Here are the features I am looking for
1) no wicks, such a pain in the ass. I want to have multiple cartridges / canisters pre filled for a full day days worth of on the go vaping
2) low profile: I will be using this in Non smoking environments (concerts, bars) and also around people I know that I will tell it is an ecig - I already did this with my gpen for a weekend on the wate and no on was the wiser!
3) killer hits
Will you vape pen gurus lead me to the perfect pen based on my needs?

G-Pens are good when they're functioning properly. Trying to clean or adjust the exposed coils in the carts suck tho. Bad design.
Here's the set up i use. I've gotten around 6-7 people to drop their gpens/atmos/whatevers after using this set up. Came from krunchbubble's recommendations.
Holds a charge all day long. Can pre-fill many carts for travel. Small, indiscreet. I've used it in malls, on buses, at concerts, walking around town, at movies, etc.
Get a mouthpiece for it. (Mine is pictured with one) They're called Drip Tips ($2-$10). They hit much better than the plastic plugs that come with the carts.
- EGO-C Upgrade 650mAh ($23) (get the upgrade with the passthrough so you can vape while it's charging)

Pull out the poly-fill filter, drop in your oil/wax/shatter and vape away. A single cart will last me a week or more of refilling before it starts to taste burnt.

my glass dome attachment just broke on the micro vaped, I guess it would be wise to clean these things once in a while, the goo became too much and the glass broke apart. Finna get another one asap, still my favorite way to medicate, cant go wrong with the micro vaped glass globe for wax!
Soooo. We have a little starter kit here at the swamp. I have no clue what brand it is but I am sure it's a cheapo. My point is...we were gifted a cartridge of oil that's supposedly 500mg of oil or some shit. I love the idea of this pen but I want to make my own oil or whatever. Is there a link to an extraction that would yield a compatible product?

Elevated - Hope you like it! It's easy to load. Pop the white end off and pull out the poly fill. I use the end of my dabber to pull it out. To load shatter, i grab out a good sized dab, then roll it into a worm between my fingers. Slide the worm into the cart. it usually sticks to the side. Then i hit the side of the cart lightly with the flame from my lighter and it slides down the the bottom. Then i'll heat the bottom of the cart and roll it around so the oil covers the coil at the bottom of the cart. i get 20-30 big rips from a good sized dab.
If you have wax or runnier oil, just smear it on the inside of the cart and heat it down to the coil the same way.
Swampdankv2 - I've never used that glycerine. I believe it's used for making the the tobacco substitutes (or e-juice as it's called). What you need to make for use in a pen is BHO (Butane Hash Oil). Search youtube for videos on making BHO and check out this section of ICMag https://www.icmag.com/ic/forumdisplay.php?f=31

I haven't tried bubble, but my guess would be that it would not. I know keif does not work in these carts. There are carts available that can vape other hashes and dried flowers.
If you want to vape bubble with a pen, i would try the Vaped Globe a try. Atmos (i believe) also makes carts for hashes and flowers.

The package my first cartridge came in lists the ingredients as styrilene and hash oil. I am assuming the styrilene, whatever that is, keep it in a liquid state?
We are looking at the vaped website. I am still a little confused about how it all works but the basic idea makes sense.
My bho always got kinda hard once it cooled. I could be way off base here but I was under the impression that the styrilene or whatnot was added to keep it fluid. Idk. A friend tosses me these RemPen cartridges that come prefilled with oil. Would we be able to screw that sort of cartridge on the battery of the vaped micro? If so, we are getting one now.
I like the idea of being able to fill my own cartridges in the near future. I would just like to find something compatable with everything and it looks like the luxury v2 kit may have it all.

so now...., i have a couple carts, a funnel fill tool and 501->M601 adapter in route.
now i can hook up the omicron cart to any of my 510 vape pens (batteries) or mods...

No. I don't. I've tried it, and most of the time it rips out the heating coil with the wick, then the cart won't heat. That wick also provides a passage for air flow towards the mouthpiece.
