Hello,I came here from Seedbay to have a look for PUS Chacos Coast Collision x Nevilles Haze seeds, but over hundred pages are a little much to go through. Can someone point me to the related pages of this cross?

Hi Slip Kid, nice thread you have here, I'm lurking all the time here and enjoy seeing your garden.
I just finished some OaxacanXPunto Rojo and it's curing into some killer herb for flavor and high, I love it. I was wondering if you have ever crossed any other land race, for lack of a better word, sativas to your Nev's males or females? I think it would be an interesting thing to throw some into each other and see what spices up what, could be some crazy good flavors and highs.

Hi Randy, nice cross! Is the Punto Rojo from Cannabiogen? I haven't been keeping up w/ what kaiki's been doing w/ his columbian's, last I remember he used some Punto Rojo pollen to create Punto Rosa.
Seems he's gone considerably deeper since. :D
I sourced the same PR pollen used in the P. Rosa and hit up as much stuff as I could.
Slip was kind enough to trade me a qt. jar of his Magic Haze, which I found a few beans in, and grew them out. One was a girl a referred to as Sibling Haze, and she received some of the PR dust too. :)

Slip, you puffed any of that Sibling Haze yet? Figure out what the dad was?
That was an objective of mine when we got together, to puff some of that together & try and figure it out.
Our session ended up being kinda bogus, puffing on a roach you had lying around. Couple of dumb-asses, forgot to bring it with! :bashhead:

Don't you love peeps who don't want to do homework?
A true weed-geek would pour over this stuff like they're in the archives of a university library! :D

So far I've hit the Nevs clone I have with Mullum/Super 5 and Nevs 21/Early Mullum but only the Mullum /Super 5 made seed.I also made a bit of seed with the Early Pearl mom and the Mullum/super 5 dad, somehow I was late to pollinate or something and only ended with a handful of seeds.
HL, I havn't hit that yet, I was too busy with that vial of kief for the first week, then the HWXSD, now I'm on the Highland Mexi/BB and I really like that one. That Sibling seed was made so far back, my stoner faculties can't remember what I had in that room.It does smell great, so far the Mexi/BB is most excellent. We smoked a half a joint of Shanti's Master Kush when I told that tourist lady on the bike it was ok to cross the road and that the eels and crabs would leave her alone.:)Rememer her face??:woohoo: The CC X Nevs turned out to be the most "frosty, potent and least hazy of all the Nevs X's I'd made. Some of the samples I was given from friends down in Florida were pretty panic inducing, although I'm prone to that sort of thing if I havn't smoked much over a weeks time.I like to smoke just about everything but good Nevilles is at the top of my go to pile.:artist:

Oh yes, one thing. The Nevs crosses all have some gorgeous perfumey smells.I have giant paper bag full of Sour Nevilles buds chock full of F2 seeds and the odor is heavenly. The F2's produce giant hazy smelling plants with massive flower clusters...I have a pic...Yes, here's the Sour Nevs F2 version finishing up at around 85 days of 12/12.

Thanks HL, yes they were testers from Charlie and turned out great. So many flavor and high memories from the past.
Slip, those crosses sound killer, The Early Pearl If I remember correctly was of Mexican origin. I will be watching to see if you ever get those going, I bet they put on the show.
Keep up all the great work!

Rememer her face??

Oh yeah! She was taking off her sandels as the tide was rising on the road by the second, and when you said that, she put 'em back on and said she was "not that adventurous" :biglaugh:

It's a shame that Sibling haze is about a yr. old, lost a lot of the dad's stank. I was SO hoping it was Nev pollen, but a ECSD, CC, or whatever else musta jacked out some nanners. It's OK weed but the Magic Haze was so much better. ;)

RC, as you can tell by all the rep cookies I left around last nite, I've been checking those girls out. Outstanding!

I once smoked some Early Girl bud from a friend, and I liked it very much. It is one of the few buds that I ever wanted to purchase even though I had plenty of grass for myself. It was a very rare indica dominant strain that was "relaxing" without being narcotic. I was very calm and lose, but my mind was euphoric and soaring.

I was given some seeds from it, but the buds I grew from them felt like regular indica, too narcotic for my tastes. I wish I had the Mexican strain that was the parent to Early Girl.

Thanks,

ThaiBliss

I felt the same about Early Girl. Grew a pack around 96 and it gave me nice short, very early maturing indica flowers that smelled like icecream and coffee and as you said a mellow turn that was very relaxing but not couchlocking. So last year i decided again to buy a pack of them in Amsterdam at Sensis store. From the 10 seeds i recall 6 sprouting and 2 of them died. So the remaining 4 showed nothing of indica genes. In fact they looked and smelled like catpiss sativas. I killed all but one that matured in around 50-60 days and the smell and taste was disgusting though the weight was ok,but i didn't want to smoke it,lol. The same day as the Early Girl i bought also a pack of Fruity Juice because that was the strain from sensi i always wanted to try. Being home i also tried to sprout them too. The germ rate was as bad as the EG and the results were disappointing too. 4 seeds made it to life and in the result three of them were male and and one female. Hoping this one would have the fruity sativa taste grew it out and it turned to be an indica,my shortest flowering indica of all times,45 days ready. Weak turn, smell very sensi seeds indica like but nothing special. So an indica seeds pack gave me 4 sativas and the sativa seeds gave me 1 indica. At least i collected pollen of one of the Juicy fruit males and i will experiment a little with it later.Though they looked like indicas too. Maybe the fruity traits are still there. haha...I dont want to bash Sensi seeds because i had good memories of them being my first seeds to grow back then but that last sensi grow was very frustrating. Hope someone can tell of better experiments with the EG seeds. I loved them and i hope, someday they come back to me as they were in the 90s. :canabis:

Nevil suggested I use some Mango Haze in some of my crosses, which I did. The one in the upper center is Original Og Kush x MNS Mango Haze. This plant has the fame father as Mangla. Wonderful potent, exotic top shelf flavor

So this whole project comes to a head with the Sour BX, which from what I can tell so far has brought out the best of the sour and the Nevilles and turns out plants that have no traits of either parent that dominate the flower qualities.I flipped roughly 10 female BX's last night, with almost 75 days of veg time. They're already 5' tall and I know from my last runs that they'll triple in size but I doubt they'll be 15' tall!!
I have enough plants to line the walls of my 8x8 room with 3 600's stacked in cooltubes in the center of the room. These should finish up by Halloween.I'm going to try and pick up a new small generator.I have a big noisy unit for the main house but I'd prefer something quieter and just enough to run a few 600's and some T5's.The ocean is so warm now, I'm wary of being clobbered by a hurricaine so I'd better prepare now:).
It's been a great summer for my headstash, I'll have to say that I reach for the Early Pearl more than anything in my cabinet.I have a big paper bag full of medium sized buds untrimmed and I've been raiding it daily. I have a few pics of my Blue Satelittes. They're growing under T5's and one 600 so they aren't exactly breaking any records but the smells make you run for your razor blade to make sure you have a clone!

This is one of two Sour BX's I have in flower. This room had experienced some very low light conditions back when my a/c unit blew and the flowers are on the skimpy side. When I transplanted this one at 21 days of 12/12 and topped her, she threw a few male flowers that opened up and were ready to drop pollen.I picked them off knowing they were stress induced and so far I havn't seen any more on either plant.I'm certainly at a loss to figure out where the heavy grape funk came from, maybe the NL 5 in the Nevs?? or the sour??.Who knows but, grape flavor is one of my favorites.:cathug:

Always a pleasure to watch you grow. If it is OK I would like to post a couple pics of my outside grow so you can see what this year is bringing.

Yo Doc, you rock! OG is very finicky to grow, how do you find the MH plays on the OG as far as growth?

OK brothers and sisters, here we go:

The first are strains gifted me by Wally Duck. A great thanks to him for his generosity.

Unfortunately I put these outside too soon and forgot to take them in when the temps got to 110. They suffered and are quite stunted but coming back nicely. The first is
Colombian Gold#4 x Cindy 99. Then next are MBS/Waf. WAF is an Afghan brought back by and Aussie soldier. The ones on the right in both pictures suffered the most and almost died. My excellent growing skills saved them(yeah right).
