Said he was back from holidays today. He is a good friend, but I imagine his paying clients will take priority for the next few days. I have been assured I will see him in person next week. As I said, will post as soon as I know for sure. Peace GS

There are standardization that need to be met. Though none call for or require a standardized physical consistency of the dried product, aka: irradiated or milled.

This is clearly addressed in the last paragraph of the Guidance Document for Technical Specification for Testing of Dried Marihuana, found here:
http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/techni-eng.php#a4

No need to get lawyers involved with this one, use the socializing time better by getting sasquatched and enjoying each others company.

Ok spoke with the lawyer and indeed Dr,bud is correct. He believes there will be tests required for mold, pesticides and heavy metals(Was not positive about the heavy metals off top of his head). Proper labeling and packaging are also necessary. No mention of homogenization. Peace GS

ps. he says this is one of the few things that is better about the new program

Thanks, GS.

HC's guidance documents also state that the limits set for heavy metals in the relevant pharmacopoeia's also apply.

Again, homogenization(milling) and/or irradiation is not a required, but can be used if so desired.

Well, I'm gonna mill the whole plant and pre-roll irradiated "marijuana cigarettes". See what you do is call them "grammers" but only put 0.7g per! Cha-ching!

You could do like the tobacco co's, and make a thin paper sheet outta the leaves, stems and stocks, spray them with some hash, shred, and then roll it.

Though under the production reg's one cannot provide a processed product such as a pre-roll... One day!

Processed was the wrong wording.

A producer cannot provide herb with any additive or in any dosage form, such as a rolled joint or capsule.
