@Gemini- I know man! Luckily I only took 1 dab... I feel great... nice Up high. Im sure 1 or 2 more and I would be sleeping with the pit!
@ECH- Imma holla at you tomorrow! This week has been hectic for me... I'll keep some golden goodness aside for ya

So I've been outta the hoop for a little while now... Harvested the 4K Room and hit about 3 bows of solid tops, was very generous for what got tossed in the trim pile so now I got a good amount to work with as far as extracts go. Room is shut down for the SUMMER! :big grin: Ive been going for 3 years solid without a break...so its good thing. Room needs some remodeling anyways to be more efficient.
Scooped up an Atmos Thermo today from the shop... She seems to work nice! plus for $70 even if she lasts a few months i'de call it worth while. Blowin' fat clouds off this thing... Also scooped up a bigger extraction tube so hopefully I can do some bigger runs. Enjoy the rest of the weekend guys...

Finally sat down and had some time to start trimming. The tops are all nice and dry, I only started hitting the high branches late in the day but after 2 weeks hanging whole it's a nice trim job with the fingers. The scissors can't cope with the resin:).

chemdgmill, im really interested in the larger leds like that 540 w. Keep us in the loop on you thoughts of them!!! 6band 8 band etc etc... so many variables. Would be nice to get away from some of the heat that a 1000 throws off, especially running thru summer.

B-safe..

CdM .... ..... Your stuff I off da hook mane!! I love seeing pics of those big rooms ...... One day I'll do a full basement run .... Here's to dreaming of a hazy future :D

Plus ..... That errl ...... Shit what .... My names Errl .... THc Productions!!

Slip ..... Ain't even gotta say it you already know ..... Killer killer .... Awesome job dude!

For all ya Erl heads.. Any disadvantages to waiting 24 hours before vac purging? Schedule has been tight lately and having 3 hours or so to whip up oil is hard to come by lol.

3 hours is quick!.... takes us around 4-5 to finish a batch. but then again, our runs are pretty large & it takes atleast 45min to initially purge off outside. dont got an answer for ya tho, im sure one of the other dudes will chime in.

gman ... ya man the 540 is niiice. 5w diodes too. check out DHZLT's thread (his name is something like that, he posts in here) ... he seems to be very knowledgable on spectrums (nm) and everything else LED related. his thread is very informative. i didnt tailor the specs, they are all just standard 8 & 9 band. next time..

Dammmm that's a proper set up CDM! Gonna be a crazy yield with all that wattage and every possible spectrum covered.

Is that a ductless mini split A/C you're using?

Major props homie...very inspiring set up.

PS. That cheese dog slab did make me a little wet...:thank you::thank you:

2nd run with the ECSD Oil... This time ran 38G... got 3g return... I think thats like 8%. Next round will be some pre98bubbaXNl5/Haze. Took some more tips from the pro's and this round seems to be looking nice so far!

Looking good bro, keep at it, you'll get better each time.

Kirkland -- thanks for the kind words, and yes it's a duct-less split.

Two weeks back when my a/c unit blew I cut up a bunch of nice sized seedlings into 6" sections to fit into a garbage bag, dumped them in my fire pit and covered the pile up with a busted up set of dresser drawers..Yesterday I went by the pit and I saw the tips of several plants poking up through the wood...turns out the cut up plant sections had rooted into the ashes and started growing, esp the older tougher parts of the stem, even the hollow parts.I torched the pile with some petrol, what a blaze!!
I couldn't believe that stuff rooted, from now on I'm just throwing my clones on some dirt! One thing I forgot was I'd had several 600W bulbs in that trash bag and 5 or 6 old ph pens and some other un burnables...I'm just too worried to take that stuff to the dump but I usually throw it in a box in my cellar.
Another wonderfull day out there, my hat went flying off the boat the night before and my head looks like crisp bacon, the sun is blazing!:) Enjoy it ya'll.:tiphat:

I used to have the same concerns about disposing this type of equipment when I was growing. There were a lot of nice apartment/condo developments around where I used to live. If you have lived in one of these type of places before, you know a lot of them have large garbage bins located a distance away from where the actual residents live, for larger trash that does not fit in the trashshoot or whatever trash in the building. Sometimes residents have to drive to them to get rid of larger trash bags.

If you have these in your area, they can be great places to dispose of trash (basically evidence) safely. Show up at any time and just act naturally like you live there and are throwing out the trash. Yes, sometimes they have cameras pointing at them. They will never check the recordings unless you act so shady when doing it, and someone happens to see you and takes it to the extent of notifying management about it. And even in this case, the management companies running these complexes are so incompetent that the cameras probably don't even work and the managers will be too lazy to deal with this issue at all.

Sorry for the long, drawn out post but I'm bored and heavily medicated off of some bubba shatter :moon::moon:

That is pretty crazy about the cut up pieces rooting after being torched. Shows how resilient this wonderful plant is, and how little you need to grow it :peacock:

Honestly, I'm just too nervous to bring any grow trash off my property so I dry most of it out and toss it into a huge blaze. My coco is piled up and composted but all that stuff my sticky fingers have touched stays hoarded. That coco makes one hell of a worm pile, the number of night crawlers in there is amazing, sometimes plants buried for a month or more still look alive when I turn over the pile.
I don't trust the cops or the guys at the dump. The guy that runs the dump is shacked up with my slutty neighbor and I have a feeling he's trying to be the man of the neighborhood. He has about 6 vehicles he constantly parks in diff places and is washing and cleaning them. Man, I drive through saltwater every day and can barely pick up the hose. He's about 5' 5" and has the look of having consumed a great deal of booze over the years.
I missed the tide last night so I'm waiting on the morning swing.Couldn't find my wallet and still can't.I ran around until it was too late, I hid the thing when I was all baked up.I must have done a great job.:) Carry on gentlemen!:tiphat:

I have no problems @ my dump, the attendants stay in the shed and I dump what I want, but garden waste gets composted, and I hold onto my bulbs to someday recycle.
My community has a hazardous waste day a couple of times a yr. for oil-based paint, batteries, etc. I'm def bringing some old T5's next time to feel it out, it may be yrs til I'm comfortable bringing in HID's. :)

I don't know about you all, but when it's hot like this, I like to get high as fuck and handle serpents. You'll never feel so alive!
