Thanks buddy!! It IS alot of fun. And probably also the main reason why I haven't updated till now. High as a kite 24/7!
Will be germing seeds tomorrow, so next adventure is not far away!! Gotta rearrange the tent a bit, though. Gonna mess around with vertical bulb.

The girl was killed slowly. I waited till the morning, and cut off her feet before she woke up. Nowhere to run!!! We both then cried as i cut off her useless parts, and she then went to hang in my d(r)ying chamber for a few days. Yesterday she had almost dried out, so I cut her into pieces and jarred her. I was just about to write, that she would now be with me forever.. But we all now that's not true.

Weight on the last 4 girls was 19,5g, 20,6g, 27,7g, 26,6g. Total is 299,5g, an average of 18,7g a plant. 0,75gpw of light. HAPPY!

Man that's like an old Alice Cooper song!
Full moon coming up -- probably good timing on the new seeds!
Glad you've been enjoying the fruits of your labor.

Haha, yeah OKD.. I might have been enjoying the fruits a bit too much!! Living in a haze atm.

Anyways. First pics of round 2!
I threw 15 seeds in water. So far 13 have germed. The 2 left will get 5-7 days, then I'll write them off.
The seeds are supposed to be as following: Chuncky cheese, Amnesia Haze, Pineapple Express, Super Silver Haze, and a coupl of unknown.... But I won't be focusing on their names, since I'm far from sure. They'll probably just each get assigned a number, to keep track of things.

Still coming up, my friend! All 13 of them. Got moved from the window to the tent, 2 days ago, so they've gotten 12/12 since they were about 6 days old. Not much to show yet :)

8 days since breaking ground!

2 weeks since last update :tiphat: Been on vacation with the family.
Things are looking good. So far 1 male and a few females have shown their gender. Think I'll keep the male, and collect pollen!
Fimmed all but the male, before this picture. One is looking a bit pale, but I think that's due to under feeding. We'll see.

23 days from seed!

Haha, yeah.. almost 5 grams, for a bit of watering. But he managed to fuck up a simple task, with writen instructions... Waited too long between waterings. They're fine, but some of them shows signs of stress. It's all good though!

So.. day 40 from seed. ~34 of 12/12.

I've been busy with.. Life.. Enjoying the bit of summer we're having. So been skipping on the updates, but also neglecting the girls a bit. (stupid me)
Stuff's been happening in the tent. Fuck ups, but also new exciting stuff.

All 13 plants are flowering. I ended up with 12 girls i 1 male. The male has been flowering in the window of my living room, and I've been collecting pollen from it. The 12 girls are - of course - flowerig away in the tent.

My fuck ups consisted of waiting to long to pot-up, but also my fimming wasn't that successful. Most of them reminds more of a topping, with 3-4 new tops instead of 1. None have more than 4. A few just continued as a single cola plant.

I've pollinated the lower bud sites on most of the plants. Have a few really characteristic phenotypes, I'm looking forward to follow for the rest of the grow. Some very very Indica dominated. Short, bushy, broad fat leafs, faster flowering. Some are more Sativa dominated. Lanky, slower flowering, slim leafs. Excited to see the resulting seeds.

Finally, I hanged my bulb vertical. Made a DIY air cooled "hood". Works pretty good. Just made from parts I had lying around.
When repotting and converting, I also decided to just put a cage on ½ the pot, giving me the possibility of tying back the plant and branches, when it grows towards the vert bulb. I think this'll work out great. Loving how the whole plant is exposed to the light.

I'm gonna upload this round of pictures by "subject".

First just a few shots of the plants. Pictures are a few days old.

Girl in the last picture, is the one that's been growing the fastest of them all. At almost twice the speed. Looks like the male got to spread a bit of pollen before I moved it, cause I didn't polinate the main cola at any time.

Flushed with tap water + PH down & Canna Flush. Cocostar doesn't deliver the cleanest coc, I guess.

Convertion!

Made my own air cooled vert hood. Had one of those clip-on fans lying around. So that combined with some wire fence and a cheramic fixture, and the vert adventure was ready to take off!

I'm thinking about cutting away some of the wire, in front of the bulb. No need to block any light, even though it's minimal.
