is anyone using dual spectrum HPS/MH together in there flower room?? I just replaced the 1k's with new hps bulbs. I also installed a new 600 MH in the middle where the 600 hps was.

i have done it before but noticed no real difference. i flower with eye hortilux hps now.

im noticing a difference in my room since i switched to dual spectrum,everything is much frostier and is finishing a few days earlier,the gorilla glue loves some extra blue light,had those last big plants partly under an eye blue hortilux 400 but i hear bad things about the 1000w bulb,like it burns extra hot and scorches the plants if they get close...

I am running 3 1000w, 2 hort eyes and one mh, I really cant tell much difference, one run seems like the eye does better then the next run it seems like the mh does better,

Gnome has some pretty convincing side by sides using identical cuts under different spectrums... Seems it's strain dependent but some definetly benefit from at least an extended blue spectrum into flower...
We usually always go hps last two weeks as to mimic fall and maturation...

But like I said it's strain dependent so how this applies to glue I'm not sure... Perhaps someone will give her a go?

I'm a month or two out yet
