do yall who run in coco hand water? if so do u still aerate your water? I run pure coco with drip lines, 15 minutes a day, aerated reservoir, and Ive left the pump runnin accidentally for 3 days, when I came back they had tripled in size.

first 13 on the right side is gg4. cant wait to do an indoor run of these in the fall... Some of these ones will possibly be goin into a light dep too.

I think you helped me decide to do a 20 as well. I have all the stuff need . I have had it all for awhile now just waiting for the right strain. I have 4 GG in veg 1 of those lucky girls will get the 20 smart pot. I wont be able to move her so I will veg her up to a 3g then into the 20g. She will be in a fixed location on of the best sweet spots between the 1k,600 left side ot 600,1k right side.. I almost got another nano extreme but that would have taken funds from the boat fund or bathroom fund...

they're in straight coco fed at 1.5 EC & 5.8PH










It started on only one plant but is now showing signs on all 6 plants .

Yup mg only. Flush with 5.5 a few times in a day on the six and keep the ph at 5.5 for a couple of feeds with mg from any source. Just go easy for a couple days ppm wise. Be sure mg is present

Yes Unc I did .... but these have been getting the canna not the V&B . i've been adding 2ml of calmag to the canna . the new growth looks good & i thought the calmag was working but its still showing up on all the plants now .
should i be using more than 2ml per gallon ? its 150 TDS & i was told to give them around 200 .

I know the shiity leaves will never green up again & the new growth looks good , but i'm concerned cuz more shitty leaves pop up each day .

i filled another jug last night with 3ml per gallon , i'll see how they respond to that in a couple days .
hopefully i'll figure this out before they go into flower .

sir .... thanx I'll try it . but according to the chart i use mag isn't available at those low levels . it only becomes available above 5.8 , shouldn't I up the PH ????

either way .... i'm gonna hit them with an epsom foliar for the next few days .

are you mixing in the correct order? i think you generally need to add the cal/mag first and stir that well before adding anything else,but im not really sure about that anymore,the go is like growing for dummies..

That's some weird shit dansbuds. I've never, ever, ever had any kind of deficiency in veg. In late bloom sometimes depending on strain, but never in veg.

You can run at 5.7 and most any def in a hydro systems will clear right on up. Hell, I haven't been using cal mag at all for the past couple of hydro runs.

What brand of coco are you using?

when I see weird shit like that I check my runoff. If its very high you're probably locked out. wont matter how much you put into the solution she wont be able to use it. If you have a PPM of 2000 or more I would flush it to what you're putting in. this has worked for me. 1000 ppm in 1000ppm out when your putting RO/DI through your medium. If you can let us know what you're runoff is.. If thats not an issue then you're just low on your cal/mg usage. I dont use cal/mg and never had that..I do have a much richer soil than straight coco. I have 4 diferant kinds of medium mixed together. Im in soil there's going to be allot of differences.


Foliar is the fastest way to fix these problems I use it all the time. Some of those leave will recover if it's not to bad. I use that chart as well dan.

I recently had an issue similar .... Watering in epsom did wonders... I tend yo go light on the camg sometimes cause the arid climate here makes for hard water esPecially if it's rained... So cutting back ok but Mg takes a hit...

Epsom will cure your problem, add a tbl spoon in your nutes and foliar feed also,

I did & will continue to foliar with some epsom .
I think i'll keep the calmag @ 2ml per gallon & just add the epsom to the feeds . last time i used canna nutes a freind had me make a mag solution to add to my feedings & i just plain forgot about it till i went back & read the thread again . 100 grams in a 1 liter bottle of RO will make a 1% solution to feed with at 2 or 3ml per gallon for that mag boost .

I am going to check the runoff tonight to .... just to make sure . but i don't think its a locked out condition ..... everything is going fine except for the shitty leaves . shes still growing like nobodys business & the new growth looks great .
